    摘要: A fully-integrated, flow-control module for top-fill fuel tanks is designed to operate with a fuel line attached that supplies fuel under constant pressure. A main flow control valve within the flow-control module closes automatically when the fuel tank is full, and automatically opens when the fuel level drops a certain amount below the full level. A spring-biased valve plunger of the main flow control valve has a bleed aperture that diverts a small amount of incoming fuel to a bleed path that is controlled by a fuel level float that operates on a lever arm that either opens or closes the bleed path. When closed, fuel pressure beneath the valve plunger increases sufficiently that the plunger biasing spring is able to exert a force sufficient to close the valve plunger. Bleed path control hysteresis prevents rapid cycling of the main flow control valve.

    摘要: Disclosed is a leak-proof device for a water inlet valve. A control valve is installed in a valve body for opening and closing a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel. An outer water tank and a leak-proof water tank are installed on the valve body. An inner water tank is disposed in the outer water tank, with the height of the inner water tank being lower than that of the outer water tank. The leak-proof water tank is in communication with the inner water tank via a water-passing channel A lever is pivotally connected to the valve body. Two ends of the lever are connected with an outer float and an inner float. The inner float is provided with a plug that is movable to block the water-passing channel. The leak-proof float is connected to the control valve.

The side wall has an upper edge defining an open top of the body. The float includes a cover sized and shaped for covering the top of the body. The cover attaches to the body to maintain the cover in position relative to the body to cover the open top. The cover has a tubular skirt extending downward and around the upper edge of the body side wall when the cover is in position covering the top of the body. An air pocket is created at an interface between the cover and the body when the float is positioned in liquid to isolate the interface from the liquid and prevent liquid from entering the hollow interior of the body through the interface.
