    摘要: A housing 20 for electrical lighting fixtures with improved ballast mounting is disclosed. The ballast 10 is mounted such that it tightly engages two walls 30,40 of the housing. The housing is a heat sink and heat from the ballast is efficiently transferred to the two walls. The ballast is preferably mounted to one of the two walls. The wall to which the ballast is mounted preferably includes a channel 33 and the ballast preferably includes a bore 12, such that a rod 50 passing through the bore and positioned in the channel mounts the ballast to the wall. A method of mounting a ballast to a housing for electrical lighting fixtures such that the ballast tightly engages two walls of the housing is also disclosed. Such mounting is preferably performed by a single mount.

    摘要: A trim assembly is mounted by a resilient spring in a housing, which is recessed in a ceiling, to support a light fixture. The trim assembly includes a cylindrical collar insertable within the housing and a flange with a central opening supporting one end of the cylindrical collar surrounding the opening being flush with the ceiling, when the trim assembly is mounted within the housing. A gimbal, which is located within and spaced apart from the collar, supports the light fixture. The springs are attached to opposite sides of an outer surface of the collar, for engaging an inner surface of the housing, to hold the trim assembly in place. In addition, the gimbal is retained within the collar by fasteners which allow limited rotation of the gimbal.

    摘要: There is provided a method of manufacturing a wood-based decorative article, which can fully ensure the effect of coating a veneer e.g. to achieve a beautiful finish with an enhanced grain of the veneer by coloring or dyeing. A predetermined coating process is performed on a veneer formed by slicing wood. Then, a veneer sheet is prepared by bonding a reinforcing member onto the coated veneer by an adhesive. Then, injection molding is carried out by injecting a molten synthetic resin onto a rear surface of the prepared veneer sheet, to thereby integrate the veneer sheet and the synthetic resin with each other and at the same time mold the wood-based decorative article.

Each retaining clip comprises an upper connecting portion with a threaded hole extending therethrough and a lower action adapted to contact the lower end of a slot in the side wall of the pot. A bolt extends through the threaded hole of the upper connecting portion and its rotation causes the clip to flex and unflex to secure or unsecure contact with the ceiling, wall or the like.
