摘要: A system and method of controlling corrosion of a heat exchanger, having a hot gas inlet and outlet and a cold side inlet and outlet. The method includes determining a temperature of the heat exchanger at a first selected location, controlling a temperature of a corrosion sensing device to a first selected temperature based on the temperature of the surface of the heat exchanger and determining a corrosion rate associated with the heat exchanger surface at the first selected location for the first selected temperature. The method also includes comparing the corrosion rate to an expected corrosion rate, determining a cold side fluid inlet temperature target for the heat exchanger based at least in part on the comparing, the determined corrosion; and controlling a cold side fluid inlet temperature based at least in part on the determined inlet temperature target, determined corrosion rate, and expected corrosion rate.

摘要: Disclosed is a heat exchange tube of waste heat boiler, which includes a tube body. The outer surface of the tube body is sprayed with a layer of anti-corrosion coating. The components of the anti-corrosion coating are Al2O3, CaAl2O4 and Ca3(PO4)2. On the surface of nano anti-corrosion coating, HF reacts with Al2O3, CaAl2O4 and Ca3(PO4)2 to form AlF3 and Ca5(PO4)3F, which are tightly wrapped on the surface of the coating, thereby effectively preventing HF from corroding the interior of the coating and the heat exchange tube. Meanwhile, due to the anti-corrosion coating with the specific composition of the present disclosure, the heat exchange tube of the present disclosure can be resistant to fluorine corrosion at a high temperature of 600° C. or more, and can be used at a rather high temperature of 1000° C. or more.

摘要: A power generating system includes a condensing steam turbine fed with steam from a boiler, wherein the air supply for the boiler combustion process is preheated by means of a heat pump system comprising at least one heat pump with at least one compressor, before entry to the boiler. A method for generating power using the power generating system is also described. A method and apparatus for extracting heat from the gases of a combustion process are also described.

摘要: In a method for reducing the oxygen content in the flow volume of tubes of erected and installed tube wall regions or tube wall segments of a steam generator or steam boiler of a power station fired, in particular, with carbon-containing fuel, a solution is to be provided which eliminates or at least diminishes the problem of the incorporation of atmospheric oxygen into the boiler water which arises when tubes of the steam generator wall are being filled with boiler water and/or when boiler water is being discharged from these tubes. This is achieved in that an inert gas or an inert gas mixture is introduced into tubes of the tube wall regions or tube segments, through which boiler water or steam formed from this flows when the power station is in operation, before filling with boiler water or steam, in a way whereby gaseous oxygen present in the respective flow volume of the tubes, particularly in the form of atmospheric oxygen, is displaced, and/or an inert gas or an inert gas mixture is introduced during a discharge of boiler water or steam from the respective flow volume of the tubes, in a way whereby the free volume occurring is filled.

摘要: An apparatus for cooling a substructure of a steam generator in a nuclear reactor is provided. The apparatus includes a plurality of stud bolts (110) fastening a skirt of the steam generator to a sliding base. Each stud bolt is provided at the center thereof with an axial through hole (112), a flange of the skirt is provided on one side thereof with a vent passage (122), and each stud bolt is provided with at least one vent hole (114) communicating with the axial through hole (112), thereby forming an air circulation/cooling path between the vent passage (122) and the axial through hole (112) via the vent hole (114).

摘要: A device for controlling injection of chemical into a boiler and a chemical injection method can control an injection amount such that a chemical concentration is obtained as per a target even in a boiler feed-water facility where a flow rate of feed-water varies to a large extent in a short period. The device controls an amount discharged by a chemical injection pump in proportion to a flow rate measured by a flowmeter. An average chemical concentration in a feed-water is calculated from an amount of feed-water per predetermined period obtained by the flowmeter and a reduction in the amount of chemical in a tank per predetermined period obtained by a sensor. The chemical injection pump is controlled on the basis of the calculated average chemical concentration and a preset target chemical concentration of the feed-water so that the average chemical concentration is within the target chemical concentration range.

摘要: A combined cycle power plant in which a gas turbine engine generates power, a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) produces steam from high energy fluids produced from the generation of power in the gas turbine engine and a steam turbine engine generates additional power from the steam produced in the HRSG. The combined cycle power plant includes a heating element fluidly interposed between the steam turbine engine and the HRSG to heat fluid output from the steam turbine engine, which is to be fed to the HRSG and a control system to control an amount the fluid output from the steam turbine engine is heated by the heating element based on differences between HRSG and ambient temperatures.
