摘要: An apparatus for treatment of gaseous pollutants, the apparatus comprising a reaction portion and a passage. The reaction portion comprises a gas inlet unit, a reaction unit, a combustion unit and a cooling unit. The passage comprises a transverse section, a connection section and a straight section, the transverse section is provided with a top gas inlet in communication with the reaction portion and a lateral gas inlet, the connection section is connected between the transverse section and the straight section, the top gas inlet receives an effluent passing through the reaction portion and then flowing downwards, the lateral gas inlet receives a transverse air flow, and the effluent is driven by the transverse gas flow to form a cyclone and is discharged from an outlet of the straight section by means of the connection section.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of controlling a flare gas recovery system, which meets all possible operational scenarios in a primary oil processing plant in a completely continuous, stable and transparent manner for the operator. In particular, the steps performed in the method proposed here include Initialization and Checking the availability of the main compressor, and Monitoring the system inlet pressure and Adjusting the compressor request. More precisely, the method described by the present invention is capable of operating in four operating modes, which comprise: a) a volume accumulation scenario for startup, referring to a system switched on with no compressor yet operating; b) a low burn scenario, referring to a system connected with a single compressor in operation; c) a high burn scenario, referring to a system connected with two compressors in operation; and d) a scenario of high sequential burns, referring to a system connected in “switch mode” between compressors.

摘要: A flame retarding flare tip, which belongs to the technical field of waste gas treatment resulting from fossil fuel production and aims at solving the technical problem of reducing the appearance of visible and further reducing smoke and gas is provided. According to the flame retarding flare tip, smoked butane, pentane, ethylene, propylene and the like can be subjected to smokeless combustion. Additionally, the flame retarding flare tip can reduce the appearance of visible flames. The invention has the technical scheme that at least a baffling system and at least one tip burner are respectively arranged in parallel in a dual-walled cylinder; the lower end of the cylinder is connected to a flare stack using an adjustable length pipe; an igniter tube is disposed on the portion of the adjustable length pipe that is contained within the cylinder; and a top cover for further preventing the appearance of visible flames and smoke and reduction of toxic gases. The flame retarding flare tip disclosed by the invention is used for treating waste gas resultant from fossil fuel production processes.

摘要: Apparatus and method for capturing and combusting all vented natural gas and control natural gases from pneumatic controllers for oil field equipment are described. After an oil or gas well is drilled and completed, separators or treaters, as an example of oil field equipment, are installed on the surface to separate the liquids (oil/condensate and water) and gases (natural gas/methane). Pressure control valves, liquid control valves, temperature control valves, and the like, are pneumatically operated by the natural gas/methane that the separator is processing for sale, when electricity is not available to provide power for these operations. Presently, the pneumatic controllers discharge the pneumatic gas/methane to the atmosphere.
