摘要: A method and apparatus worn by a user for controlling weeds using concentrated solar energy is disclosed. Solar energy may be concentrated by Fresnel lens over the wearer and directed by manual methods by the wearer at surfaces of weed plants to heat portions thereof causing damage. Shutters or other devices may be used to direct, and control intensity of concentrated, solar energy, such control preferably applied before significant concentration of the solar energy. In some embodiments, solar energy concentration apparatus may be integrated with solar photovoltaic cells for generating electric power for purposes such as an electrical temperature sensor, a camera and video display device for viewing underneath a crop canopy, control of solar intensity and other purposes.

摘要: A thermal cell panel system for heating and cooling using a refrigerant includes a plurality of solar thermal cell chambers, and a piping network for a flow of the refrigerant through the plurality of solar thermal cell chambers. In addition, the system includes a compressor having a motor coupled to a variable frequency drive (“VFD”), where the compressor is coupled to the piping network upstream of the plurality of solar thermal cell chambers and the VFD is configured to adjust a speed of the motor in response to the pressure of the refrigerant within the plurality of solar thermal cell chambers. The piping network includes an inlet manifold coupled to the inlet of each solar thermal cell chamber, and an outlet manifold coupled to the outlet of each solar thermal cell chamber.

摘要: Reactors are provided that can include a first set of fluid channels and a second set of fluid channels oriented in thermal contact with the first set of fluid channels. The reactor assemblies can also provide where the channels of either one or both of the first of the set of fluid channels are non-linear. Other implementations provide for at least one of the first set of fluid channels being in thermal contact with a plurality of other channels of the second set of fluid channels. Reactor assemblies are also provided that can include a first set of fluid channels defining at least one non-linear channel having a positive function, and a second set of fluid channels defining at least another non-linear channel having a negative function in relation to the positive function of the one non-linear channel of the first set of fluid channels. Processes for distributing energy across a reactor are provided. The processes can include transporting reactants via a first set of fluid channels to a second set of fluid channels, and thermally engaging at least one of the first set of fluid channels with at least two of the second set of fluid channels.

摘要: The present invention discloses a pump-type autoclave system and a providing method for steam and pressure thereof, wherein the pump-type autoclave system comprises an autoclave, a steam providing device and a compressor, said steam providing device comprises a water storage container and a heating device used for heating said water storage container, said water storage container, the compressor and the autoclave are connected through a pipeline to form a closed loop, an inlet of the compressor is connected with a steam output port of the water storage container, an outlet of the compressor is connected to a steam input port of the autoclave, and a condensate water drain outlet of the autoclave is connected to the water storage container. The present invention uses the compressor to depressurize an intermediate-low temperature water source to obtain steam, and the steam is pumped into the autoclave and condensed to release heat to obtain corresponding temperature and pressure. Since the present invention fully utilizes a great amount of low-cost intermediate-low temperature heat sources obtained from natural, industrial or living waste heat to provide needed high temperature, steam and pressure to the autoclave system, the energy is saved.

摘要: A method and apparatus are provided that combine solar technology and agriculture in a symbiotic relationship that optimizes revenue from both sources. An array of reconfigurable solar collector assemblies is deployed in a crop field. As various crops benefit from varying degrees of shade through their development cycles, and are prone to damage from high winds and hail, the array of adaptable, reconfigurable solar collectors is deployed in the crop field and allows for the easy reconfiguration of each solar collector assembly to vary the amount of shade that is applied to the crops below the assembly, and to provide maximum hail and wind protection when necessary.

摘要: A steam generator having two vaporization chambers filled with molten metal salts for sequential flash evaporation of preheated atomized water through multiple vaporization tubes in said respective chambers. The molten metal salts are heated by secondary solar thermal input from lens assemblies and primary heat input from U-shaped hot air heating tubes within said vaporization chambers supplied by gas fired tube burners. Steam vapor generated by initial vaporization chamber is re-circulated to the secondary chamber outputting super heated steam. The molten metal vaporization chambers are encased in a single pressure vessel with re-circulation of condensate and multiple heat exchangers within.
