摘要: In one embodiment, a method of tracking multiple objects with a probabilistic hypothesis density filter is provided. The method includes obtaining measurements corresponding to a first object with at least one sensor, the at least one sensor providing one or more first track IDs for the measurements. A Tk+1 first predicted intensity is generated for the first object based on a Tk first track intensity. A Tk+1 measurement from a first sensor of the at least one sensors is obtained, the first sensor providing a second track ID for the Tk+1 measurement. The second track ID is compared to the one or more first track IDs, and the Tk+1 first predicted intensity is selectively updated with the Tk+1 measurement based on whether the second track ID matches any of the one or more first track IDs to generate a Tk+1 first measurement-to-track intensity for the first object.

摘要: A method and apparatus for automatically measuring and storing a various measured values of an item, or a sequence of measured values of one or more item(s) suitable for single-handed use by a user. In particular, the present invention relates to a mobile computing device with one or more sensors for determining when to measure and record a particular value of one or more items. The mobile computing device may automatically measure the values based on sensing a change in the temperature value or through using proximity as detected by one or more onboard sensors. Additionally, the mobile computing device may automatically measure the values based on coming within range of an external proximity device. In response to automatically measuring the values, the measured values are stored along with additional information for record keeping purposes.

摘要: A chart recorder is disclosed which has n (n=1, 2, 3, . . . ) measuring channels, one for each of n measurement signals to be recorded, a printing device (5) which produces n isochromatic dot sequences (8) as curves each associated with one of the n measurement signals on a recording medium (4) moving past it, and 1 to n writing devices (9) for 1 to n different colors which overwrite or underwrite one or more of the dot sequences (8), at least in sections, with a continuous line (10) of another one of the n colors which follows the measurement signal of the respective channel, or a color-printing device (15) for 1 to n different colors which marks selected dots of each curve with dots (18) of another one of the n colors. Thus, the n dot sequences (8) are clearly distinguishable one from the other, particularly at curve intersections, and additional functions, such as alarm markings, can be realized.

摘要: A tamper proof, economically constructed, easily installed, drive recorder or instrument for making a permanent record of the manner in which a vehicle is driven is provided, and comprises an instrument which may be located in and secured to the vehicle of a driver whose driving habits are to be recorded. The recorder preferably has two compartments each having inclined bottom surfaces to normally position a heavy ball by gravity. The inclined bottom surfaces are provided with recording paper, and the vehicle's acceleration, braking or cornering causes the heavy balls to move from their normal positions up the inclined surfaces and the heavy balls to leave a track on the recording paper to make a permanent recording of the drive.

摘要: Electrocardiographic apparatus including a novel and improved recording paper feed and lead switching arrangement which include a platen having a platen roller, both movable from an open position for installing a supply of recording paper to a position wherein the platen roller with recording paper fed about the surface thereof is moved to an operating position with the platen roller in recording engagement with a recording pen. A paper drive roller is positioned in adjoining relationship to the platen roller and engages the platen roller with the paper thereon when in the operating position. The recording paper is provided with spaced cue marks and transverse perforations between successive cue marks and the apparatus includes a cue detector and associated electric circuitry for detecting said cues so that heart muscle signals from successive groups of patient leads will be recorded on successive segments of the paper defined by the perforations.

摘要: A single projector and a laser radiation deflecting means enable laser generated images to be projected onto a screen together with a laser pointer. A first laser beam polarized in a first plane and a second laser beam polarized in a second plane is projected into a polarizer cube wherein the first laser beam is reflected to a record medium to record images thereon and the second laser beam is transmitted through the polarizer cube. Polarization and deflecting means located in the path of the transmitted second laser beam changes the polarization of the second laser beam to the polarization of the first laser beam and reflects the second laser beam back into the polarizer cube wherein the second laser beam is reflected in a direction opposite to that of the first laser beam to enable the second laser beam to function as a pointer. By backlighting the record medium with illumination radiation polarized in the second plane, the images recorded on the record medium can be projected onto a screen together with the laser pointer. Illumination radiation polarized in the second plane is obtained from unpolarized illumination by focusing the unpolarized illumination radiation into a polarizer cube to convert the single beam of unpolarized radiation into a first beam of radiation polarized in the second plane and a second beam of radiation polarized in the first plane. By changing the polarization of the second beam of radiation to polarization in the second plane, both the first and second beams of polarized, illumination radiation can be utilized to backlight the record medium to project the image(s) recorded therein.

摘要: A graphic recording system for use with a multiple channel underwater sonar system. The recording system includes a plurality of memories, each for storing information received over a different channel of the sonar system. One or more channels may carry side scan sonar information, while another may carry sub-bottom sonar information, etc. The information from the channels is received and stored in the memories simultaneously. The recording system further includes a graphic line recorder which is responsive to the receipt of a sequence of signals for producing on chart paper a line trace representation of the signals. A control unit controls the storage of information in and retrieval of information from the memories and application of the information to the graphic line recorder in such a manner that the information may be applied to the recorder in various sequences and at various rates. This allows the production of graphic displays of information from selected information channels, and having selectable distance or time scale factors. The recording system also includes data inverting apparatus for selectively inverting information supplied to the recorder so that either so-called positive or negative traces can be produced.
