摘要: Described are methods and systems for graphically organizing words and their meanings. The words, in an input language such as English, are added as nodes to a graph. Synonyms of each input word taken from a second language, such as Sanskrit, are likewise added as nodes to the graph and connected to the corresponding input-word nodes via synonym edges. Root elements of the synonyms, semantic meanings, are also added to the graph as meaning nodes. The resulting graph depicts linguistic and semantic interrelations between input words, their second-language synonyms, and the meanings derived therefrom.

摘要: A translation device comprises: a memory that stores first dictionary information including a replacement target term in a first language and a translated word in a second language for the replacement target term in association with each other, and second dictionary information including an alternative term instead of the replacement target term; a controller that replaces the replacement target term included in an input sentence with the alternative term to generate a replaced sentence; and a communication interface that outputs the replaced sentence to an external device and acquires a translation result of the replaced sentence in the second language from the external device. The controller detects a specific character string in the translation result of the replaced sentence acquired from the communication interface, and replaces the detected character string with a translated word associated with the replacement target term in the first dictionary information, to generate a translated sentence.

摘要: In an approach for generating a user-specific personal corpus, a processor creates a basic corpus for a first user using a first set of data sources, wherein the basic corpus includes one or more basic words and one or more vectors of the one or more basic words. A processor extracts a set of text from a second set of data sources associated with the first user. Responsive to finding an unknown word included in the set of text extracted, a processor updates the basic corpus, wherein the basic corpus is updated by replacing a vector of the unknown word with an average vector of the one or more basic words in the basic corpus created and registering the unknown word in a first personal corpus.

摘要: An information processing device includes processing circuitry to acquire object spatiotemporal information including spatiotemporal information indicating coordinates of objects in time and space and a name of each of the objects and to generate morphological analysis-undergone object spatiotemporal information by executing a morphological analysis as a process of analyzing the name of each of the objects included in the object spatiotemporal information into one or more words; to acquire morphological analysis-undergone names of vicinal objects, as objects existing in a vicinity of each of the objects in time and space, from the morphological analysis-undergone object spatiotemporal information; to calculate a distribution of vicinal object name words, as words included in the names of the vicinal objects of each of the objects, from the morphological analysis-undergone names; and to convert the distribution of the vicinal object name words to a spatiotemporal information-considered distributed representation regarding words.
