Abstract: A method and system for creating and sending letters to inmates, the system comprising a server configured to generate a front end via a web-based application on a client device, wherein the front end comprises a user interface allowing a user of the client device to create and send digital letter data to an inmate at a facility location. The server is further configured to store the digital letter data to a database and generate a location administration interface accessible by one or more users at the facility location to access the database, review content of the digital letter data, and print digital letter data that has been approved by the one or more users. The server is further configured to transmit the approved digital letter data to a printer at the facility location.

Abstract: Techniques for an intelligent document processing assistant are provided. In one technique, an electronic document is received and content thereof is automatically analyzed to determine a document type of the electronic document. Based on the document type, text data is extracted from the electronic document. The text data comprises multiple field values that correspond to multiple field names that are associated with the document type. Some of the field names and field values are presented on a screen of a computing device. In response to receiving, through the computing device, first user input that modifies at least one data item (in the text data that was extracted from the electronic document), the text data is updated to generate modified text data. Second user input that confirms the modified text data is received through the computing device. The modified text data is transmitted over a network to a data storage service.

Abstract: Certain aspects and features of the present disclosure involve receiving theme-based input corresponding to a first document and generating document tags corresponding to the first document based on the theme-based input. The aspects and features further involve generating, using the document tags, a coefficient of similarity between the first document and library documents, and producing candidate documents from the library documents by comparing the coefficient of similarity for each of a number of library documents to a threshold. The aspects and features additionally involve selecting a second document from among the candidate documents and transferring at least one style from the second document to the first document based on an object similarity score corresponding to an object of a plurality of objects in the second document.
