    摘要: Disclosed are methods and systems for voice phishing monitoring. For instance, a method includes receiving voice data of an incoming call to a communication device from an application associated with a user account and executing on the device, identifying an entity and interaction allegedly associated with the incoming call from the voice data, determining first fraud indicator data based on a number of the incoming call and second fraud indicator data based on a correspondence of user account interaction data to the entity and/or interaction, and providing the voice data to a trained machine learning system to receive third fraud indicator data based on content and/or a voice characteristic identified from the voice data. The method may further include determining a status for the incoming call of fraudulent or confirmed based on the first, second, and third fraud indicator data, and generating a notification indicating the status for display.

    摘要: A method of Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart (CAPTCHA) includes: recording, by a voice CAPTCHA module, a speech spoken by a user; determining, by a voice biometric service (VBS), whether a voiceprint matching the user's speech exists; and if a voiceprint matching the user's speech exists, verifying the user as a human user by the VBS. If a voiceprint matching the user's speech does not exist, the VBS i) generates a unique voiceprint for the user based on the user's speech, and/or ii) determines whether the user's speech is at least one of a synthetically generated speech and a previously recorded audio being played back. The user can perform a guest checkout without logging into the voice CAPTCHA module, in which case the VBS compares previously used voiceprints to the user's speech.

The method includes a verification computer system receiving a transaction request from a computing device purporting to be a mobile device. Responsive to receiving the request, the verification computer system transmits a request for verification information to the computing device. The verification system includes information regarding a tone to be generated by a speaker of the computing device. Thereafter, verification information is received from the computing device. The verification information includes information tone information generated by the computing device, wherein the tone is, after generation, detected by a microphone. The verification system then verifies, based on the receive verification information, whether the information indicates that the computing device is a mobile device.

    摘要: Innovations in phase quantization during speech encoding and phase reconstruction during speech decoding are described. For example, to encode a set of phase values, a speech encoder omits higher-frequency phase values and/or represents at least some of the phase values as a weighted sum of basis functions. Or, as another example, to decode a set of phase values, a speech decoder reconstructs at least some of the phase values using a weighted sum of basis functions and/or reconstructs lower-frequency phase values then uses at least some of the lower-frequency phase values to synthesize higher-frequency phase values. In many cases, the innovations improve the performance of a speech codec in low bitrate scenarios, even when encoded data is delivered over a network that suffers from insufficient bandwidth or transmission quality problems.
