摘要: A method implemented by a computing system comprises generating, by the computing system, a fingerprint comprising a plurality of bin samples associated with audio content. Each bin sample is specified within a frame of the fingerprint and is associated with one of a plurality of non-overlapping frequency ranges and a value indicative of a magnitude of energy associated with a corresponding frequency range. The computing system removes, from the fingerprint, a plurality of bin samples associated with a frequency sweep in the audio content.

摘要: Disclosed are methods and systems for voice phishing monitoring. For instance, a method includes receiving voice data of an incoming call to a communication device from an application associated with a user account and executing on the device, identifying an entity and interaction allegedly associated with the incoming call from the voice data, determining first fraud indicator data based on a number of the incoming call and second fraud indicator data based on a correspondence of user account interaction data to the entity and/or interaction, and providing the voice data to a trained machine learning system to receive third fraud indicator data based on content and/or a voice characteristic identified from the voice data. The method may further include determining a status for the incoming call of fraudulent or confirmed based on the first, second, and third fraud indicator data, and generating a notification indicating the status for display.

摘要: An example method includes obtaining first audio data representing one or more initial utterances during an interactive voice session with an interactive voice system (IVS); generating, based on the first audio data, a prediction regarding whether a subsequent utterance of the user in the interactive voice session will contain sensitive information; obtaining second audio data representing the subsequent utterance; determining, based on the prediction, whether to transmit the second audio data to the IVS via a first communication channel; based on a determination not to transmit the second audio data to the IVS via the first communication channel: transmitting third audio data to the IVS via the first communication channel in place of the second audio data; and transmitting the second audio data to a server via a second communication channel that bypasses the IVS.

摘要: The disclosure herein describes a system for calculating meeting inclusion metrics including insights and recommendations. Meeting data associated with one or more meetings attended by at least one participant remotely is converted into anonymized meeting data for inclusivity metric analysis. An inclusivity insights manager generates inclusivity metrics associated with inclusive behavior and language occurring during meetings to measure the level of inclusivity. The inclusivity metrics include attendee participation metrics measuring an amount of participation by each meeting attendee, participation in-person versus participation remotely, concurrent speech indicating attendees may be talking over one another or other interruptions occurring during meetings. Inclusivity metric data includes insights and actionable recommendations to improve inclusivity at future meetings provided at an individual level, group level or organizational level. The inclusivity insights can also include percentage metric values, graphs, feedback, and other metric-related information for improving participation by meeting attendees.

摘要: A method of Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart (CAPTCHA) includes: recording, by a voice CAPTCHA module, a speech spoken by a user; determining, by a voice biometric service (VBS), whether a voiceprint matching the user's speech exists; and if a voiceprint matching the user's speech exists, verifying the user as a human user by the VBS. If a voiceprint matching the user's speech does not exist, the VBS i) generates a unique voiceprint for the user based on the user's speech, and/or ii) determines whether the user's speech is at least one of a synthetically generated speech and a previously recorded audio being played back. The user can perform a guest checkout without logging into the voice CAPTCHA module, in which case the VBS compares previously used voiceprints to the user's speech.

摘要: A system is disclosed for detecting and correlating percussive sounds with previously identified spectral signatures of a plurality of events so as to notify a user of an occurrence of a particular event. The system may include a sensor component which includes a piezoelectric transducer at a periphery of the sensor component for coupling with a surface and converting percussive sounds from the surface into an electrical signal. The sensor component may also include a local processor configured to produce a data signal based on the electrical signal, and a communication device for sending the data signal to a remote processor. The system may also include a remote processor configured to receive the data signal and compare the data signal to at least one reference signal, and send a notification to a user based at least in part on the data signal correlating to at least one reference signal.
