    摘要: An FM receiver in which the length of the signal path is significantly shortened and in which separation between right and left channels is implemented by adjusting a DC bias voltage. A pulse train signal having a frequency dependent upon the instantaneous frequency of the received FM signal is generated. Subcarrier signals in and out of phase with a pilot signal component in the pulse train signal are produced and a variable DC component is added thereto. The subcarrier signals including the DC component are multiplied to obtain pulse train signals. The pulse train signals are integrated to yield right and left stereophonic channel signals.

    摘要: A method of optimizing stereo reception for an analog radio by applying the demodulated right sound signal (SD) and left sound signal (SG) as input to a decorrelation module having a variable decorrelation rate. The decorrelation rate of the decorrelation module is modified as a function of the reception quality coefficient “alpha” provided by the radio. The decorrelation module applies a higher decorrelation rate for a smaller reception quality coefficient “alpha” and applies a lower decorrelation rate for a larger reception quality coefficient “alpha. Also, a module for generating high-pitched sounds to recreate the high-frequency component (SHF) of the right or left sound signals which has been removed in the event of poor reception.

    摘要: A stereophonic signal demodulator includes a frequency discriminator which produces a pair of composite stereo signals in response to an FM stereophonic signal applied thereto, the pair of composite stereo signals having opposite polarities to each other. A pair of stereo demodulators is supplied with at least one of the pair of composite stereo signals to produce left and right channel audio signals therefrom, respectively. The other of the pair of composite stereo signals is reduced in amplitude and is supplied to a pair of adders whereat it is correspondingly summed with the respective left and right channel audio signals to eliminate crosstalk components contained therein. In one embodiment, the reduced amplitude composite stereo signal is supplied to the respective adders by a further pair of stereo demodulators. One example of a stereo demodulator comprises a switching-type demodulator having a carrier leak suppression effect.

A beamformer section 3 of a source separation device 1 performs beamforming processing for attenuating sound source signals arriving from directions symmetrical with respect to a perpendicular line to a straight line connecting two microphones 10 and 11 respectively by multiplying output signals from the microphones 10 and 11 after spectrum analysis by weighted coefficients which are complex conjugate to each other. Power computation sections 40 and 41 compute power spectrum information, and target sound spectrum extraction sections 50 and 51 extract spectrum information of a target sound source based on a difference between the power spectrum information.

    摘要: A multiplex demodulation circuit in which no band elimination filter is required for eliminating beating between the mixed signals and odd harmonics of the 38 KHz switching signal derived from the 19 KHz pilot signal. The FM detection signal is logarithmicly converted as is the 38 KHz subcarrier signal. The two logarithmically converted signals are added and then inversely logarithmically converted. The inversely logarithmically converted signal is added to the FM detection signal to produce the left channel signal while the inversely logarithmically converted signal is phase inverted then added to the FM detection signal to provide the right channel signal.
