摘要： A digital pressure canner and related methods of operation that provide for improved safety and consistency during a food canning process by reducing temperature over and undershoot. The digital pressure canner includes a digital control operating with inputs from digital sensors to accurately control the canning temperature during the canning process. By reducing over and undershoot of canning temperatures, foods within the pressure canner are maintained at temperatures sufficient to kill any bacteria or microorganisms for the entire canning cycle. In order to verify operation of the digital canner at sufficient canning temperatures, mechanical safety devices, for example, a pressure relief valve can be utilized in conjunction with digital controllers and sensors to provide audible and visual feedback to a user during the canning process.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a float valve motion detection device, a pot cover assembly and a pressure cooking appliance, the float valve motion detection device comprising: a float valve, a hollow inductance coil and a detection circuit. A valve core of the float valve is made of materials having permeability unequal to that of air. When the valve core is pushed by the pressure in a pot from a first position to a second position, the volume of the valve core in the hollow inductance coil changes, which changes the inductance of the hollow inductance coil. A detection circuit determines the position of the valve core by means of detecting the change in the inductance of the hollow inductance coil so as to determine whether it is safe to uncover at the current time.

A lid is movable relative to the housing between an open position and a closed position. The lid seals the opening to the hollow chamber when in the closed position. A portion of the lid is selectively positionable to form a pressure-tight heating volume between the hollow chamber and the portion of said lid. At least one heating element is associated with at least one of the housing and the lid. The at least one heating element is arranged within the pressure-tight heating volume.

The lid comprises a pressure-limiting valve, a lever, and a button assembly comprising a steam-discharging button and a button seat, the steam-discharging button being fastened to the button seat and being vertically movable for actuating the lever to activate the pressure-limiting valve for steam discharging. The button assembly comprises a guiding rod, the steam-discharging button comprises a heart-shaped groove. A downward movement of the steam-discharging button causes a first end of the guiding rod to slide within the heart-shaped groove. When the steam-discharging button is released, the first end of the guiding rod slides to a position for lockingly engaging with the heart-shaped groove, to keep the steam-discharging button at a steam-discharging position. Pressing the steam-discharging button once will lock the steam-discharging button for continuous steam discharging without the need to keep holding the button, thereby simplifying the discharging operation over prior art.

摘要： An electric pressure cooker comprises a body having outer pot and inner pot received therein and a lid covering the cooker body. The outer pot and the lid comprise matching teeth for lockingly engagement upon rotating the lid into closure. The cooker body comprises a pair of cooker handles extending outwardly from a sidewall thereof. The cooker handle comprises handgrip portion. The inner pot comprises inner pot body and a pair of inner pot handles connected thereto. The handgrip portion extends to align with or beyond the inner pot handle, so that a user holding the cooker handles will avoid gripping the inner pot handles. A vertical gap between the inner pot handle and the handgrip portion allows hand access. When the user is reaching for the inner pot handle the fingers will contact the cooker handle, thereby avoiding mistakenly gripping the cooker handle.
