摘要： An apparatus configured to perform pressure cooking includes a housing comprising a rim; a lid coupled to the housing, the lid configured to engage the rim to form an air-tight seal that enables pressure cooking within the housing; and a cooking vessel defining a chamber in which food to be cooked is disposed. A maximum inner diameter of the cooking vessel is at least 1.5 times greater than a maximum vessel depth of the cooking vessel. In addition, or alternatively, at least a portion of a power circuit that controls a heating element, and/or at least a portion of a power circuit housing that houses the power circuit, is higher than a bottom of the cooking vessel.

摘要： Disclosed is a hot air cooking appliance comprising a base seat provided with a receiving chamber, the base seat is provided with a heating device and an air supply device capable of supplying and circulating hot air in the receiving chamber, the hot air cooking appliance is provided with an air exhaust port disposed distally from the air supply device, and during the process of cooking by the hot air cooking appliance, the water vapor generated in the receiving chamber is discharged into the atmosphere through the air exhaust port. The hot air cooking appliance of the present application is structurally simple and capable of reducing heat loss, noise, oily fume emissions, and indoor air pollution, as well as ensuring adequate amount of water vapor is generated to accomplish cooking.

摘要： A pressure cooker includes a cooker body and a lid. The lid is positionable above the cooker body and includes a heater, a fan, a motor, one or more protrusions, a tab, and a connector. The heater is configured to provide heat to the cooker body. The fan is configured to provide air flow to the cooker body. The motor is configured to drive the fan. The first protrusions are configured to lock the lid to the cooker body to preserve pressure in the cooker body. The tab is movable between a first position and a second position to engage or disengage the one or more first protrusions with the cooker body by sliding along a predetermine route. The tab is positioned at a side of the one or more first protrusions opposite to a center of the lid. The connector is coupled to the first protrusions and the tab.

摘要： A storage container includes an elastomeric base having a plurality of side walls forming an interior and an opening at an upper edge of the base. The base has an annular channel positioned proximate the opening at the upper edge of the base. At least a portion of the spout has external threading. An outer cap is positionable over the inner insert and has an opening for receiving the spout. A screw cap includes internal threading configured for rotational engagement with the external threading of the spout, wherein rotation of screw cap compresses at least a portion of the base between the inner insert and the outer cap.
