摘要： A latch assembly for an oven appliance is provided. The latch assembly allows for removable coupling of an oven accessory to a wall of a cabinet of the oven appliance. The latch assembly includes a latch body secured to the wall of the cabinet, a latch arm member, a pin, and a spring wire. The latch arm member has a pin movably engaged with and restricted by a path formed on a surface of the oven accessory. The spring wire engages with the latch arm member to limit movement of the pin within the path. Engaging the oven accessory with the latch assembly allows the pin to be secured within the path to secure the oven accessory to the wall of the cabinet. Re-engaging the oven accessory with the latch assembly allows for the oven accessory to release from the wall of the cabinet.

A sensor is provided that can be used to detect whether one of the storage containers is empty.

摘要： A steam generator has a water container and an upper heating device and a lower heating device, a first temperature detection device covering a temperature detection area including the area covered by the two heating devices, a control device for monitoring and evaluating the first temperature detection device and for controlling the activation state of the two heating devices. A flat first temperature detection device covers the outside of the container, and a second spot-like temperature sensor is located on the water container in a region of an upper border of the upper heating device. Both temperature detection devices are used to activate and deactivate the two heating devices such that at first the lower heating device is activated to start generating steam as fast as possible.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a cooking system for cooking food, the system including a housing defining a hollow chamber configured to receive a food container. The housing has an upper portion defining an opening to the hollow chamber. A food container having a hollow container interior is positionable within the hollow chamber. An end of the food container extends above the upper portion of the housing when the container is installed within the hollow chamber. A lid is moveably attached to the housing and is moveable between a first position that covers the upper portion of the housing and the opening to the hollow chamber when the food container is installed within the hollow chamber and a second position where the lid does not cover the opening to the hollow chamber. At least one heating element is associated with at least one of said lid and said housing.
