摘要: The present invention relates to a filtering panel (100) for a disk filter and a disk filter for water purification, comprising a metal filter cloth (16, 116) such as a stainless steel filter cloth, pre-tensioned in both warp and weft directions and fastened to a frame (10, 110) comprising a peripheral portion (11, 111), which is integral with an inner grillwork (12) and which divides the inner area of the peripheral portion (11, 111) into fields (15, 115). The frame (10, 110) comprises a plastic material reinforced with glass fibers or carbon fibres such as polypropylene loaded with fibreglass in an amount of at least 20 weight percent. Each field of the grillwork (12, 112) has an area not exceeding 10% of the inner area of the peripheral portion (11, 111). The pre-tensioning of the filter cloth (16, 116) in both directions is from at least 20% of the yield stress of the cloth (16, 116). Further the present invention relates to a disk filter comprising said filtering panels (100) and method of making said filtering panel (100).

摘要: The invention relates to a device for the microfiltration, ultrafiltration, or nanofiltration and/or the emulsification of liquids. The device has at least one rotatable membrane medium, which has a filtrate/permeate side or a side facing a dispersed phase and a concentrate/retentate side or a side facing a coherent phase and which can be rotated in a container in order to produce a vacuum on an unfiltered liquid side or the side facing the coherent phase on partial regions of the at least one rotatable membrane medium in the container in small time segments at a frequency of 1-100 Hz. Said container has at least one feed for an unfiltered liquid or the coherent phase, at least one overflow for an unfiltered liquid or an emulsion, and at least one rotatable channel for filtrate/permeate drainage or feed of the dispersed phase, and a suction device, in particular in the manner of a suction strip or nozzle plate. The suction device has at least one suction strip or nozzle plate arranged parallel to the rotatable membrane medium or is such a suction strip or nozzle plate, which is attached at a distance of less than 0.1 to 10 mm from the membrane medium, and thus cleans non-permeating materials collected on the unfiltered liquid side during a filtration process from a surface of the membrane medium, or promotes drop formation of the dispersed phase exiting from a membrane surface on the side facing the coherent phase during an emulsification process. The invention further relates to uses of the device.

The filtration arrangement includes at least two hollow shafts rotatably mounted in a machine frame and on which a plurality of membrane filter disks are arranged. The at least one or the plurality of hollow shafts being assigned at least one drive device, the discharge of permeate from the container being possible through the hollow shafts, and it being possible to insert each hollow shaft at one of its ends with the plurality of membrane filter disks into the container, such that its opposite end projects out of the container. A rotatable pump disk, which forms part of a centrifugal pump arrangement for pumping permeate, is arranged or formed at the opposite end of each rotatable hollow shaft.

摘要: The present invention relates to a hollow-fibre membrane having a novel structure and to a production method therefor. The hollow-fibre separation membrane of the present invention has an outermost shell surface pore size of between 0.001 and 0.05 μm and a mean pore size of between 0.01 and 0.1 μm while having, in sequence from the outermost shell surface, a dense sponge structure, a finger-like sponge structure and a mixed sponge-bead structure; and, because of this specific triple structure, the invention has outstanding mechanical strength, porosity and water permeability alike while also having a high performance whereby it is possible to eliminate even viruses.
