摘要: An industrialized fish and algae farming system with recirculating water and method are provided, and the system includes a fish and algae farming system, a fiber rotary disc filter system, and a magnetic loading flocculation system. In accordance with the fish and algae farming system, the aquaculture of fish and algae in the same space is achieved, the algae can transform CO2 exhaled by fish and nutrients, polysaccharides, vitamins and lipids, and then release oxygen to rapidly improve the aquaculture water quality. The fiber rotary disc filter system and the magnetic loading flocculation system can effectively remove suspended particles, grease, algae, bacteria, viruses and the like in aquaculture sewage, thus achieving the deep purification of the aquaculture sewage. The purified water quality reaches the aquaculture standards in fishery and can be directly recycled, and the whole system has no sewage discharge.

摘要: Disclosed herein are disc filters for dewatering a fiber suspension. According to a first aspect, the disc filter includes a vessel comprising an inlet positioned in a wall of the vessel, the inlet introducing a fiber suspension into the vessel. The disc filter further includes a rotor shaft comprising a shaft axis of rotation positioned in a shaft plane, wherein the shaft plane is a horizontal plane. At least one filter element may be coupled to the rotor shaft. At least one injector may be positioned in the wall of the vessel, the at least one injector introducing a secondary flow of liquid into the vessel. The at least one injector may be located in the wall of the vessel at an injector elevation angle αI that is greater than −44 degrees and less than or equal to +22 degrees relative to the shaft plane.

摘要: The present invention relates to a filtering panel (100) for a disk filter and a disk filter for water purification, comprising a metal filter cloth (16, 116) such as a stainless steel filter cloth, pre-tensioned in both warp and weft directions and fastened to a frame (10, 110) comprising a peripheral portion (11, 111), which is integral with an inner grillwork (12) and which divides the inner area of the peripheral portion (11, 111) into fields (15, 115). The frame (10, 110) comprises a plastic material reinforced with glass fibers or carbon fibres such as polypropylene loaded with fibreglass in an amount of at least 20 weight percent. Each field of the grillwork (12, 112) has an area not exceeding 10% of the inner area of the peripheral portion (11, 111). The pre-tensioning of the filter cloth (16, 116) in both directions is from at least 20% of the yield stress of the cloth (16, 116). Further the present invention relates to a disk filter comprising said filtering panels (100) and method of making said filtering panel (100).

摘要: A neck element of a disc filter sector and a disc filter sector. A sector (5) is provided with a blade part (11) having a filtering surface and a neck part (12) coupling the blade part to a disc filter (1). The neck part has an inner space through which liquid runs from the sector. The inner space of the neck part is provided with at least one support element (18) to prevent opposite flanks (19) defining the neck part from moving in relation to one another. The sector may comprise a separate neck element (20) that may be coupled to the blade part. In that case the neck element is provided with at least one inner support element.

摘要: A liquid extraction assembly for extracting liquid from a mass including a housing having an inlet, an outlet, and a path between the inlet and the outlet. The housing has the mass forced into the inlet to move the mass from the inlet to the outlet. The housing includes a rotating screen adjacent the path, with the rotating screen defining one wall of the path. The rotating screen includes a plurality of openings located at the path. Pressure from mass forced into the inlet presses the mass against the openings of the rotating screen to thereby force at least a portion of liquid in the mass to pass through the openings of the rotating screen. The housing has at least one stirring arm extending into the path between the inlet and the outlet, the at least one stirring arm stirring the mass in the path.
