    摘要: An autoclave reactor having polycrystalline diamond bearings. The autoclave reactor can include a housing for containing at least one reaction material therein, a motor disposed within the housing, an agitator connected to the motor for stirring the at least one material within the housing, the agitator having a shaft connected to the motor at one end thereof, and at least one bearing disposed adjacent to the shaft or adjacent to the connection of the shaft to the motor, the at least one bearing being made of polycrystalline diamond. A process for making low density polyethylene (LDPE) can include introducing ethylene to the autoclave reactor disclosed herein and polymerizing the ethylene within a housing of the reactor to provide the low density polyethylene.

    摘要: A clustered reaction system includes multiple reaction devices, a cooling device and a gas supply device. Each of the reaction devices includes a reaction tank unit defining a reaction space, multiple through holes extending through the reaction tank unit, a heat exchange module including a heat exchange passage surrounding the reaction tank, and an injection module extending through one of the through hole. The cooling device is connected to the heat exchange passages of the reaction devices for supplying a coolant into the heat exchange passages. The gas supply device is communicated fluidly with one of the through holes of each of the reaction devices for supplying a gas to the reaction devices.

    摘要: A static mixer or a flow reactor comprising a static mixer for mixing streams of fluid transported through or circulated in a flow reactor is provided. A static mixer element reduces the size of gas bubbles in a liquid for installation in a flow channel, and comprises, a first mixer unit and a second and adjacent mixer unit, which mixer units are displaced relative to each other in the flow direction, such that a through opening in the first mixer unit at least partly faces a surface of the second mixer unit thereby forcing the fluid flow to change direction. Adjacent mixer units have substantially the same height or thickness, and are substantially parallel having a distance between them that may be near zero or up to 10 times the thickness of a mixer unit.

    摘要: This invention relates to a self cleaning reactor and to a process for the oligomerization of ethylene that employs a self-cleaning reactor. The reactor includes a mass of inert, particulate cleaning bodies that are entrained by the liquid in the reactor and scour the internal surfaces of the reactor during normal operation. This scouring action reduces the level of fouling on the reactor surfaces. Foulant material (polyethylene) is removed from the process on a continuous basis but the cleaning bodies remain within the reactor.
