摘要: A feed system for feeding grinding bodies to a vertical mill includes a pumping unit for sucking a propulsion liquid from a source and for supplying the liquid under pressure into a discharge tube. The system includes an intake connection having an inlet for grinding bodies, an inlet for propulsion liquid, connected to the discharge tube, and an outlet for grinding bodies and propulsion liquid. A principal tube is connected to the outlet of the intake connection for receiving the propulsion liquid and grinding bodies from the tubular intake connection. A static screen is arranged in the feed of the vertical mill for separating grinding bodies from propulsion liquid, the static screen having an inlet for propulsion liquid and grinding bodies, connected to the principal tube, an outlet for grinding bodies to be fed to the vertical mill, and an outlet for propulsion liquid separated from the grinding bodies.

摘要: An apparatus for producing pozzolanic material from consumer waste includes a glass separator unit to remove glass material from the waste and a size reduction unit downstream the glass separator unit. The glass separator unit includes a tubular outer member and an inner helical member extending inwardly from the inner surface of the tubular outer member and defining an open central bore. The tubular outer member and the open central bore define respective coaxial longitudinal axes that are disposed at an angle relative to a horizontal reference plane, with the inlet higher than the outlet. Non-glass/non-ceramic material is output through the open outlet end of tubular outer member utilizing a flow of water. The glass/ceramic material is output to the size reduction unit through the open inlet end of the tubular outer member utilizing the rotating inner helical member of the glass separator unit.

摘要: A method for producing fatty acid alkyl esters and glycerol implementing a set of transesterification reactions between at least one vegetable or animal oil and at least one aliphatic monoalcohol includes: introducing, into a three-dimensional microball mill at least one vegetable and/or animal oil, at least one aliphatic monoalcohol and at least one heterogenous and/or homogenous catalyst in order to form an initial mixture; grinding the initial mixture at a temperature≤50° C., in a three-dimensional microball mill, for a residence time≤5 minutes; recovering, at the outlet of the three-dimensional mill, a final mixture including at least fatty acid alkyl esters, glycerol, the catalyst and the aliphatic monoalcohol that has not reacted; and separating this final mixture of a first phase including the fatty acid alkyl esters and of a second phase including the glycerol, the aliphatic monoalcohol that has not reacted and the catalyst.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of mechanically crushing microalgae cells of the genus Chlorella at an industrial scale, the mechanical crushing being carried out in a horizontal ball mill system. In the method, the balls have an apparent density of between 2 and 3.5 kg/l, the filling rate of the crushing chamber is greater than or equal to 80%, and preferably greater than or equal to 85%, and the mechanical crushing is carried out continuously by a series of successive passes.
