The hand-held knockout driver also includes a working piston moveable within the bore from a rest position to an actuated position to define a piston throw distance therebetween. The hand-held knockout driver also includes a draw stud coupled to the working piston, a die coupled to the secondary housing, and a punch coupled to the draw stud opposite the working piston for movement therewith relative to the die. The die has a depth greater than the piston throw distance.

摘要: The invention relates to an adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning which includes a base, a movable pressing plate, a fixed pressing plate, an adjusting plate and a supporting device. The base is provided with a chamber, an eclectic cylinder, a rack, and a first T-shaped chute. Two protruding plates are disposed on the movable pressing plate. The adjusting plate and the fixed pressing plate are slidably connected to each other. A die abnormality prediction system (50) includes: an acoustic emission (AE) sensor (62) configured to detect an elastic wave that occurs in a processing portion of a die during processing performed by a press machine using the die; a stamping load detection sensor (61) configured to detect a parameter (a stamping load) other than a parameter regarding the elastic wave, out of parameters regarding a state of the die during the processing performed by the press machine using the die; a score calculation unit (56) configured to calculate an abnormality prediction score of the die based on an output signal from the AE sensor (62) and an output signal from the stamping load detection sensor (61); and an abnormality prediction unit (57) configured to predict an abnormality occurring in the die, based on a result of the calculation performed by the score calculation unit (56).

The expanded metal article has a surface comprising a plurality of solder pads. A semiconductor material with a top surface and a bottom surface is provided, the bottom surface having a plurality of silver pads and the top surface serving as a light-incident surface of the photovoltaic cell. At a plurality of soldering locations, a majority of the plurality of solder pads on the surface of the expanded metal article is electrically coupled with the plurality of silver pads on the bottom surface of the semiconductor material. Also disclosed is a photovoltaic cell resulting from this method.

The assembly (10) includes at least one sensor (12) and a sensor target (14) which is moveable relative to the sensor (12). These sections (18) include two radial upper edge portions (24) which are supported by a radially-extending support which is set back from the edge portions (24). 摘要: The disclosure comprises a method for producing a sleeve-like passage for a bearing accommodation in a metallic wheel control arm of a vehicle. The method may include placing a wheel control arm end of the wheel control arm onto a pressing plate of a pressing tool; and forming a tapered wall in the wheel control arm end and a circumferential collar around the tapered wall in the wheel control arm end, wherein the forming comprises pressing the wheel control arm end against the pressing plate using a pressing punch, wherein a volume of metal of the wheel control arm end is displaced into a circumferential cavity due to the pressing of the wheel control arm end against the pressing plate,; and perforating the tapered wall to obtain the sleeve-like passage.
