    摘要: A method for manufacturing a separator that can effectively prevent warpage is provided. A method for manufacturing a separator according to an embodiment includes disposing a separator material including a flow path forming region between a first upper die and a first lower die, and pressing the separator material using the first upper die and the first lower die to thereby form a first recessed and projected shape in the flow path forming region and form a second recessed and projected shape outside the flow path forming region.

    摘要: The invention relates to an adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning which includes a base, a movable pressing plate, a fixed pressing plate, an adjusting plate and a supporting device. The adjusting plate and the fixed pressing plate are slidably connected to each other. The supporting device includes a first supporting plate with a curved structure, a second supporting plate provided with a through hole, and a supporting rod. The adjustable intelligent digital-display plate punching device with inclined holes positioning of the invention has simple and reasonable structure, easy to use, high intelligence, and high versatility, etc., which effectively solves the problems of low precision and inconvenience of punching angles adjustment for existing plate punching devices.

    摘要: A method comprises providing an expanded metal article having a plurality of first segments intersecting a plurality of second segments thereby forming a plurality of openings. The expanded metal article has a surface comprising a plurality of solder pads. A semiconductor material with a top surface and a bottom surface is provided, the bottom surface having a plurality of silver pads and the top surface serving as a light-incident surface of the photovoltaic cell. At a plurality of soldering locations, a majority of the plurality of solder pads on the surface of the expanded metal article is electrically coupled with the plurality of silver pads on the bottom surface of the semiconductor material. Also disclosed is a photovoltaic cell resulting from this method.

    摘要: A rotary position sensor assembly (10) for detecting the angular position of the rotor (104) of a motor. The assembly (10) includes at least one sensor (12) and a sensor target (14) which is moveable relative to the sensor (12). The sensor target (14) comprises a tubular body (16) with a plurality of integrally-formed radially-extending sections (18). These sections (18) include two radial upper edge portions (24) which are supported by a radially-extending support which is set back from the edge portions (24). Each of the two upper edge portions (24) provide a target for the sensor. A sensor target (14) for use in a position sensor assembly (10), a method of production of the sensor target (14), and an electromechanical actuator which utilises the rotary position sensor assembly (10) are also provided.
