The moving mechanism includes a pinion, a conversion mechanism, which converts vertical motion of an upper die assembly into rotational motion of the pinion, and a rack, which is moved as the pinion rotates. The moving mechanism is configured to move, when the rack moves from the top dead center position to a bottom dead center position, the plate to a position that is away from a die apparatus in a conveying direction and is below a conveying surface. The pinion includes a toothless portion that does not mesh with the rack when the rack moves between the bottom dead center position and a middle position that is between the top dead center position and the bottom dead center position.

    摘要: A rotary stamper includes an upper die plate assembly, a lower die plate assembly, and a support frame having a drive assembly that moves the upper die plate horizontally and vertically along a generally circular pathway while moving the lower die plate along a linear horizontal pathway. The upper die plate is vertically slidably connected to the lower die plate by way of one or more vertical rods that extend from the lower die plate assembly up through the upper die plate. In operation, the lower die plate matches the horizontal movements of the upper die plate as the latter is moved along its circular pathway. Concurrently, the upper die plate moves towards and away from the lower die plate. This maintains a substantially constant alignment between the die plates for carrying out a periodic machining operation on a moving web of material passing there between.

The die-pressing punch further includes a joint member that is jointed with the punch head non-rotatably about the axial center, and an operable member. The operable member switches the joint member between a rotatable state and a non-rotatable state about the axial center with respect to the punch guide.

    摘要: A method and machine for the multi-stroke, continuous slotting of plate-shaped workpieces and especially sheet metal plates are described. As part of a method for the continuous multi-stroke slotting of plate-shaped workpieces, a slotting tool (16) and the workpiece are moved in an advance direction relative to each other in a gate-cutting function and is at least one subsequent slot cutting stroke. This is followed by a return movement in the opposite direction (32) over a return length (A) that corresponds at a maximum to the length of the previously laterally cut slot. This is followed by a cross-cutting stroke in which the strip of material (31) that was laterally cut in the gate-cutting function and the minimum of one subsequent slotting stroke is severed at a distance from the point of its connection to the remaining workpiece. A machine tool for performing this method incorporates a slotting tool (16) that is driven by a cam drive with a drive control, a return-drive system with a return-drive control and a forward-feed drive system with a feed-drive control. These control devices serve to control the slotting tool (16), the return-drive and feed-drive systems of the machine tool for the implementation of the method described.
