摘要: A manufacturing method is provided that includes controlling a robotic polishing device, at a controller, to polish a plurality of first zones of a bladed rotor for an aircraft engine based on a first operating parameter associated with the robotic polishing device. An exterior of the bladed rotor includes the first zones and a plurality of second zones. The first zones are distributed circumferentially about an axis of the bladed rotor in a first array. The second zones are distributed circumferentially about the axis of the bladed rotor in a second array. The method further includes controlling the robotic polishing device, at a controller, to polish the second zones using the robotic polishing device based on a second operating parameter. The second operating parameter for the robotic polishing device is different than the first operating parameter.

摘要: A belt loading device for loading an abrasive belt in a closed loop configuration on a machining tool is disclosed. The device includes a base support and a movable part engaged to the base support. The movable part is movable relative to the base support between a biased position and a belt releasing position, the base support and the movable part, while in the biased position, cooperating to maintain the abrasive belt in a fixed position defining a tool engaging area circumscribed by an inner surface of the abrasive belt. A biasing member interfaces between the base support and the movable part to bias the movable part into the biased position.

According to one embodiment, the device (100) comprises a frame (160) and a roller carrier (401), on which a first roller (101) is rotatably supported and which is supported on the frame (160) in such a way that the roller carrier can be moved in a first direction (x). The device (100) comprises at least a second roller (103), which is supported on the frame (160), and a belt (102), which is guided at least around the two rollers (101, 103) and because of the tension of which a resulting belt force (102) acts on the roller carrier (401). The device (100) also comprises an actuator (302), which is mechanically coupled to the frame (160) and the roller carrier (401) in such a way that an adjustable actuator force (FA) acts between the frame (160) and the first roller (101) in the first direction (x). The belt (102) is guided by means of the second roller (103), or by means of the second roller (103) and further rollers (101a, 101b, 121a, 121b, 105), in such a way that the resulting belt force (FB, FB′) acting on the roller carrier (401) acts approximately in a second direction (y) orthogonal to the first direction (x) in the case of a target deflection of the actuator (302).

摘要: The invention has a turnback roll which can transfer and guide a polishing tap in a tangential direction of a pressure contacting roll, a vertical oscillation mechanism which linearly oscillates the pressure contacting roll in a tangential direction of a ball groove while being orthogonal to a rotating axis line, and a horizontal oscillation mechanism which linearly oscillates the pressure contacting roll in a direction of a rotating axis line toward both inner side surfaces of the ball groove. The ball groove can be securely polished by the polishing tape on the basis of the continuous or intermittent transfer of the polishing tape and the linear oscillating motion of the ball groove. It is possible to improve a polishing precision, it is possible to improve a surface roughness of the ball groove and it is possible to improve a polishing workability of the ball groove.

In the present application, two grinding heads are utilized to reasonably assign the machining angle and the feeding, and rough machining and fine machining can be both realized by one time of clamping, and the combination of six degrees of freedom in space is achieved by a short drive chain, and further the rigidities of a grinding head mechanism and a workpiece clamping mechanism are ensured.

摘要: The invention discloses an abrasive belt polishing finisher in the field of mechanical technology, which addresses inconvenient operation of the existing polishing finishers. The abrasive belt polishing finisher includes a motor and a connection support. The central section of the connection support is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the motor. Several self-rotable connection support finishing wheels are provided around the connection support. The curve surface of the rim of each of the support finishing wheels has a different curvature. Each connection support finishing wheel is distributed on the same circle centered on the output shaft of the motor. The connection support is driven by the motor into rotation to press and position one of the connection support finishing wheels against the back of the abrasive belt in the polishing finisher. The abrasive belt polishing finisher could satisfy continuous polishing treatment for different curved surfaces.
