    摘要: Provided is a cutting method of cutting a workpiece by using a cutting apparatus including a chuck table configured to hold the workpiece and a cutting unit having a cutting blade configured to cut the workpiece held by the chuck table and an ultrasonic vibrator configured to ultrasonically vibrate the cutting blade in a radial direction of the cutting blade. The cutting method includes a holding step of holding the workpiece by the chuck table, and a cutting step of performing ultrasonic cutting that cuts the workpiece by the cutting blade vibrated ultrasonically and normal cutting that cuts the workpiece by the cutting blade not vibrated ultrasonically on the same cutting line of a plurality of cutting lines set on the workpiece.

    摘要: In some examples, a pile cutting device includes a first pile positioning unit, a cutting unit for cutting at least one sheet pile, and a bearing device including a first pile bearing surface. The first pile positioning unit includes an upper rotary plunger that can be pivoted about a pivot axis and moved with respect to a vertical direction, and also includes a first horizontal drive for moving a sheet pile in and/or counter to a horizontal direction. The first pile positioning unit further includes two upper pressing elements that differ from the upper rotary plunger, and that are movable with respect to the vertical direction. A first one of the upper pressing elements is movable in and/or counter to the horizontal direction by the first horizontal drive.     摘要: A deagglomerator for use in resizing masses of cells is disclosed. The deagglomerator may include a plurality of apertures defined by a plurality of front and back edges. The masses of cells may be passed through the plurality of apertures from the front to the back, and from the back to the front, repeatedly. The deagglomerator may also include a plurality of blades that may aid in the deagglomeration of the cell masses. The deagglomerator may be configured between two syringes so that the tissue may be passed back and forth from the first syringe through the device to the second syringe, and then back again from the second syringe through the device and to the first syringe. In this way, the masses of cells may be properly deagglomerated.

The customized blinds&shades cutting apparatus with a novel structure and an ingenious conception enables to manufacture clamps, housings, lower beams and lower round pipes of blinds&shadess with different sizes and models by using the blinds&shades fabric cutting mechanism, the blinds&shades integrated cutting mechanism and the adjustable positioning mechanism to clamp and cut four profiles: a reel pipe, an upper housing, a lower beam and a lower round pipe, so that the processing efficiency is high.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a machine for cutting decorations for frustoconical bodies, for cutting printed strips wherein arch-shaped decorations and disposable trapezoidal portions are alternated. The machine comprises two longitudinal supports mounted on clamping pieces and carriers of respective groups of counter blades; and two independent groups of blades attached to the respective groups of counter blades and defining a gap between them of increasing width towards a lower gravity outlet opening of the trapezoidal portions separated by cutting. The blades of each group are fixed to respective drive shafts mounted in holes in the longitudinal supports and fixed to a common plate driven by a cylinder. The clamping parts of the longitudinal supports and the common plate are exchangeable for others that provide different inclinations and separations of the groups of blades and counter blades.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for forming the spacer of slitting machine. Firstly, the material is provided, then various processing methods are applied to form the spacer with smooth surface and a plurality of fixed-distance columns. Compared to the conventional spacer, the weight of lightweight spacer of the invention is reduced by 50%±10%. Additionally, the lightweight spacer of the invention not only is placed on the other positions of slitting machine, but also is suitable for the machines of other relevant fields.

    摘要: A precut module with one or more profiling heads and/or circular saws may be provided upstream of a saw module. The precut module may be used to implement a portion of a cut that would otherwise be made by the saw module, thereby reducing the depth of cut required at the saw module. In some embodiments, profiling heads may be used to profile a block that is wider than a desired side board. The block may be cut from the workpiece and sent to the edger. This may provide the same or better wood volume recovery and/or throughput speed than profiling the side board or cutting the side board from a flitch. In some embodiments, cut patterns for the precut module and other machine centers may be calculated and/or selected based on a desired depth of cut at the saw module, desired throughput speed, wood volume recovery, and/or other parameters.
