    摘要: A conversion apparatus is provided herein. The conversion apparatus includes a cutting member having an edge configured for cutting the dunnage material. The conversion apparatus also includes a biasing member that is located adjacent to the cutting member such that the dunnage material passes between the biasing member and the cutting member. The biasing member operably contacts the dunnage material thereby biasing the dunnage material against the cutting member. The position of the biasing member relative to the cutting member is such that in response to the dunnage material being retracted back into the conversion apparatus the cutting member begins to sever the dunnage material, but in response to the dunnage material traveling in the dispensing direction the cutting member does not begin to sever the dunnage material due to the relative position.

    摘要: A tensioning tool device includes a flexible or spring support having a spring bearing that translates a linearly applied external force at an input to linear displacement at an output of the spring bearing. An external force applied to the input of the spring bearing causes the output to pull on a section of the optical fiber and imparts axial strain and tension in the optical fiber. The spring bearing includes one or more sets of parallel flexible beams cantilever-coupled to the input and output, to provide a flexible/spring structure that couples an external force input to an output coupled to the first section of the optical fiber. The external force is applied to displace the input to flex the fixed-guided beam(s) to impart axial tension in the optical fiber at the output of the flexible bearing.

    摘要: A cutter assembly suitable for cutting BOPP adhesive tape and a tape dispenser incorporating the same. The cutter assembly has a row of plastic teeth where each tooth includes left and right front and rear faces, each face being disposed on a different plane, and where the planes intersect each other at the tip of the tooth. A front edge extends between the left and right front faces; a rear edge extends between the left and right rear faces; a left side edge extends between the right front and rear faces; and a right side edge extends between the left front face and the right rear face. The various edges are set at particular angles relative to each other. A protrusion for supporting the tape is provided rearwardly of the teeth and a braking mechanism is also provided on the dispenser.

After application of a fresh paint sample to the draw down card using a draw down bar, the perforated lines allow one or more of the unpainted edges of the draw down paint sample card to be removed to create a final paint sample card with paint extending to one or more of the edges.

    摘要: An apparatus for providing self-adhesive film sheets includes a film dispenser that provides a film strip with at least one carrier film and a film for use that is self-adhesive on at least one side. A conveying device conveys the film strip from the film dispenser together with the carrier film on a guide track to a removal station, at which the film for use is removed from the carrier film. The removal station has a carriage with a separating edge over which the carrier film can be drawn by the conveying device. An actuator displaces the carrier film along the guide track. The removal station includes a gripper for gripping a film sheet located in front of the separating edge and holding the film sheet stationary while the carriage is displaced on the guide track by the actuator counter to the conveying direction of the carrier film. Simultaneously, the carrier film is drawn away over the separating edge for detachment from the film sheet.
