    摘要: A method includes a slurry preparing process of preparing a ceramic powder slurry, an impregnating process of impregnating the slurry into an inorganic fiber sheet to form an impregnated sheet, a sheet winding process of winding an impregnated sheet around a core to form a sheet-wound core, a pressing process of disposing the impregnated sheet between a first mold and a second mold opposed to each other and interposing a spacer therebetween at a portion where the impregnated sheet is not positioned, and then clamping the first mold and the second mold with a first fastener to come close in a direction facing each other, thereby applying pressure to the impregnated sheet, a drying process of heating and drying the impregnated sheet, and a firing process of firing the sheet after drying.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing graphite film, comprising steps as follows: 1) winding; 2) carbonizing at a low temperature; 3) graphitizing at a high temperature; 4) unwinding and feeding, winding up the electrographite film semi-finished product and flexible graphite paper separately; 5) calendaring to press the electrographite film semi-finished product against release film or protective film; 6) winding up and packaging. The winding process comprises steps as follows: a. winding high temperature resistant elastic material around the graphite cylinder core; b. bonding macromolecular film to flexible graphite paper, and then winding around the graphite cylinder core based on step a; c. when the macromolecular film and flexible graphite paper wound in step b reach the predetermined thickness, securing with carbon cord.

    摘要: In the manufacture of insulating shells formed by a felt of mineral fibers wound around a mandrel, main pressing elements intervene as soon as the winding begins and remain in contact with the surface of the shell during the entire winding phase. Auxiliary pressing elements intervent only when the shell, during shaping, has reached a given outside diameter of, for example, 200 mm. The process applies particularly to the insulation of conduits of small and average outside diameters.
