摘要: A system for measuring the viscosity of printing ink during a printing and ink correction process includes a printing press having an ink supply system, and an optical measuring device for measuring actual optical values of light that has interacted with at least parts of the printing picture. The printing press has an ink mass determination device to determine the weight of at least parts of the ink located in the ink supply system, and a control and evaluation device to receive measured values from the optical measuring device and from the ink mass determination device. The control and evaluation device determines an optical deviation, and, based on the optical deviation and the values from the weighing devices, an amount of corrective ink that is to be fed to the printing press in order to approximate the actual optical values to optical reference values.

摘要: A spraying and printing device includes a supporting platform, a linear driving mechanism, a printing mechanism, and a spraying mechanism. The supporting platform is configured for placing a plurality of preprinted workpieces. The linear driving mechanism is mounted above the supporting platform, and includes a guiding rail and a moving member movably sleeved on the guiding rail. The printing mechanism is mounted to the moving member and positioned above the supporting platform. The printing mechanism includes at least one roller. The spraying mechanism is assembled to one end of the guiding rail and includes a plurality of spraying nozzles for spraying different dyes on the at least one roller. The at least one roller is driven by the moving member to slide along the guiding rail back and forth thereby printing different dyes on the workpieces.

摘要: According to one embodiment, an imprint method is disclosed. The method can include forming a liquid droplet of a transfer material with a volume greater than a predetermined reference volume by dropping the transfer material onto a major surface of a processing substrate. The method can include reducing the volume of the liquid droplet to be less than the reference volume by volatilizing the liquid droplet. In addition, the method can include filling the transfer material into a recess provided in a transfer surface of a template by bringing the liquid droplet having the volume reduced to be less than the reference volume into contact with the transfer surface of the template.

摘要: There is disclosed printing apparatus composed essentially of molded plastics material which has relatively few parts, is easy to manufacture and maintain, and is lightweight and portable. The apparatus is illustrated as being of the table top type which can print both standard type tags and labels, string tags and pin tickets. The apparatus has a print head operable in conjunction with an impression control device, a feed finger assembly with a registration adjustment, a simple drive arrangement operated by a cam with a single cam path, and a reel positionable at different attitudes, and the construction of the apparatus is readily adaptable to both manually operated and motorized versions.

摘要: An inking device for record media includes a self-contained ink reservoir bordered by a holder portion as one wall of the reservoir, and a backing plate as another wall adjacent a porous rubber electro pad. The backing plate includes a plurality of chamfered apertures therethrough which are circumscribed by a like number of slotted tubes which tubes separate the backing plate and the holder portion. A steel ball is positioned within each tube and controls the flow of ink from the ink reservoir to the electro pad by reason of swinging movement of the device wherein the ball is unseated from the chamfered aperture in the downward direction of movement upon the electro pad striking the record media to permit flow of ink to the pad, and the ball is reseated on the aperture during return movement of the device to stop the flow of ink to the pad. A low hydraulic pressure occurs during the striking action to unseat the ball and a suction occurs on the return movement to reseat the ball.
