摘要: A combination stencil printer and dispenser includes a frame, a stencil coupled to the frame, a substrate support coupled to the frame to support a substrate in a print position, and a print head coupled to the frame to deposit and print viscous material over the stencil. The combination stencil printer and dispenser further includes a dispenser mounted on an independent gantry to dispense viscous material on the substrate when the substrate is in the print position. In other embodiments, the dispenser can be mounted on a stencil wiper assembly or a movable stencil provided within the combination stencil printer and dispenser.

摘要: A screen printing system includes a screen made of a porous material and an adjustable variable pressure squeegee having a squeegee blade. The squeegee blade has a first edge for contacting the screen and pushing an ink medium deposited on the screen through a print area of the screen. The squeegee blade has a second edge retained in a holder. The holder has a compliant member configured to distribute a downward force applied to a point on the compliant member along a length of the squeegee blade in order to maintain contact between the first edge and the screen along the length of the squeegee blade.

摘要: Disclosed is a screen printing apparatus for screen printing the cream solder including a squeegee assembly (30) provided with comb blade members (35) and with solder leakage prohibiting guides (36). The comb blade members partition a cream solder (52) substantially vertically with respect to a contact slide surface between the squeegee (33) and the screen (21) to prevent the cream solder from passing in fluidity on the screen (21) in a direction substantially at right angles to the sliding direction as the squeegee sweeps and as the cream solder becomes twisted between the screen and the squeegee. The solder leakage prohibiting guides (36) prevent the cream solder from leaking to outside a printing sphere determined by the squeegee width.

A fixing mechanism for fixing a screen mask of a printer to a mask holder is structured such as to include a first fixing mechanism fixing sides of four sides of a frame existing in an outer peripheral edge of the screen mask arranged along an arrow corresponding to a sliding direction of a squeegee, and the mask holder, and a second fixing mechanism fixing a side of four sides of the frame arranged along a direction intersecting the arrow and in an opposite direction to the arrow as seen from the slide starting position, and the mask holder.

摘要: A stencil printing machine has a rotatable printing drum including an outer peripheral wall of ink impermeable material. A stencil paper is mounted on the surface of the outer peripheral wall. An ink supplying mechanism includes an ink supplying unit in the outer peripheral wall of the printing drum and supplies ink to the surface of the outer peripheral wall. A pressure roller presses a fed print sheet against the outer peripheral wall. When an initial printing operation is performed after a stencil paper is mounted on the printing drum, the ink supplying mechanism is caused to supply the surface of the outer peripheral wall, in advance, with an amount of ink which is larger than an amount of ink which is supplied for second and proceeding printing operations.

The ink recovery device is configured to recover, to the ink tank, the extra ink recovered from the ink recovery port.

摘要: There is disclosed a stencil printing method carried out by employing a stencil printing machine comprising: a drum which is rotatable and has a outer peripheral wall formed by an ink impermeable member and in which a stencil sheet is mounted on a surface of the outer peripheral wall; an ink supply device which has an ink supply unit provided on the outer peripheral wall of the drum and supplies ink on the surface of the outer peripheral wall from the ink supply unit; and a pressure roller which presses a fed print medium onto the outer peripheral wall; the method comprising: a step of mounting a stencil sheet on the drum; a step of plate-making the stencil sheet; and a step of transferring a water-based ink to a print medium by making the water-based ink pass through perforations of the stencil sheet.
