The method of packaging and displaying knockdown crates generally includes: (a) providing one or more unassembled knockdown crates having two end panels, a bottom panel, and two side panels; (b) uniformly stacking and packing each unassembled knockdown crate into a rectangular tray; and (c) each rectangular tray containing an unassembled knockdown crate stacked into a display box, wherein the exterior of the display box advertises the contents therein for display at a retail location.

The storage/retrieval vehicle comprises a frame conveyable through the three-dimensional storage system, a platform atop the frame for receipt of the storage unit on the platform, and a loading/unloading mechanism operable to load and unload the storage unit to and from the platform at four different sides thereof. The storage unit and the storage/retrieval vehicle are configured to enable unloading of the storage unit from the platform in any one of four different directions at four different respective sides of the vehicle regardless of an original orientation in which the storage unit was previously loaded onto the platform and without reorienting the storage unit from the original orientation.

    摘要: A metal lath having an integral hem structure includes a main body. The main body is formed by enclosing the metal lath so that the main body has a ring-shaped side wall. The side wall defines an accommodating space therein. Two ends of the main body are formed with openings to communicate with the accommodating space, respectively. One of the openings is integrally formed with a hem around an end edge of the opening by bending. The hem is integrally formed with the metal lath, which can reduce production time and cost effectively and can prevent the user from being cut by the metal lath.

    摘要: Two-piece metal aerosol container and method of manufacture are provided in accordance with the present invention. A rolled and longitudinally welded cylindrical tube forms the container body, including a cylindrical sidewall and reduced diameter shoulder and neck portions (formed by a sequential necking process), while a separate metal base component is attached via a crimped seam. The open-top end of the container neck portion is curled to receive a manually actuatable dispensing valve assembly. The container is resistant to internal pressures in excess of 311 psi (2150 kPa) and offers increased strength and pressure resistance (compared to a three piece rolled metal aerosol container), while being easy to manufacture and low in cost.

    摘要: A collapsible crate and a method for synchronizing a method of assembling a collapsible crate are provided. The collapsible crate comprising a base, a first panel, a second panel, and a band style fastener. The first panel and the second panel are at least partially disposed within gaps between stringers of the base. The band style fastener is disposed about a portion of the base and a portion of one of the first panel and the second panel. The band style fastener secures the one of the first panel and the second panel to the base. The first panel and the second panel at least partially disposed in the base facilitates a transition fit therebetween. The collapsible crate is compact when the crate is collapsed and decreases a cost of the crate.
