There is also provided a container system for holding and dispensing a material. The container system comprises a container body for holding material, the container body comprising at least one opening. The container system comprises at least one door moveable between a closed position in which the at least one door occludes the at least one opening, and an open position. The container system comprises the door release mechanism, which is coupled to the container body. The door release mechanism comprises at least one sliding member being moveable between a first position and a second position, in which the sliding member can be retained, and door connecting member connecting the sliding member to the moveable door.

    摘要: A fitting assembly includes a fitting body and a valve assembly. The valve assembly includes a hollow pedestal, an actuator shaft, and a sealing member. The hollow pedestal includes upper and lower ends. The hollow pedestal is disposed in a valve opening defined by the fitting body such that the upper end is disposed in a passageway defined by the fitting body and the lower end is external to the passageway. The actuator shaft is disposed in the hollow pedestal and is movably coupled with the hollow pedestal. The sealing member is coupled with the actuator shaft adjacent the upper end and at least partially movable together with the actuator shaft. The sealing member is configured to selectively interface with an upper valve body to provide a seal therebetween. The fitting body and the hollow pedestal are formed of a multi-piece construction and are joined together at the valve opening.

    摘要: The present invention is a new method to efficiently reclaim cement from a horizontal warehouse. This new reclaiming method combines a mechanical cement reclaiming machine, together with a reduced amount of open air slides. Material is fluidized through a porous media with low pressure air. Material flow is achieved by sloping the Air slide conveyor to match the fluidized angle of repose of the powdered material. Further, the present invention introduces a conveying system, comprising a cascade of open and enclosed air slides and elevator machines, to convey the cement from the reclaiming area to a dispatch hopper. The introduction of these components, together with cement stacking and dispatch systems, is a Fully Automated Cement Horizontal Storage system and method.

    摘要: A directional hopper tee has a fluted interior vertical pipe that merges into a horizontal pipe. The horizontal pipe has an inlet that may receive bulk material, and subject to pressurized air that conveys the bulk material through the hopper tee. Bulk material may be discharged from a hopper through the vertical pipe, for conveyance for discharge from the horizontal pipe of the tee. A closure gate or door is provided through the bottom of the tee, generally in alignment with the vertical pipe, to allow for discharge or dropping of the granular material directly downwardly through and from the tee. The arcuate door is hinged on one side, and is locked by a cam lock on the opposite side, when located into closure against the bottom of the tee, but can be forced opened, through its cam mechanism, to provide for opening of the arcuate door and allow a direct downward discharge of the granular bulk material, from any hopper, and through the drop opening of the tee, as required.

    摘要: A catch for securing a door to an object includes an engagement member connected to the door engaging a receiving member of a mount on the object. The door includes a first arm with an oblong hole for pivoting about a pin connected to the mount, and an engagement pin. Moving the door from a closed position causes the engagement pin to rotate with the door about the pivot pin. The door slides downward along the pivot pin as the pivot pin travels within the oblong opening, and the engagement pin makes contact with the receiving member, thereby retaining the door in an open position. Moving the door upward moves the pivot pin downward within the oblong opening disengaging the engagement pin from the receiving member, allowing the door to rotate to a closed position. A latch opposite the first arm retains the door in a closed position.

    摘要: A locking system applicable in a large container comprises a first component, a second component, and a latch (10). The latch (10) is movably received within the first component, and correspondingly the second component is provided with a groove (14) to receive a section of the latch (10) extending from the receiving section of the first component. The locking system also comprises a handle (9). The handle (9) is arranged on the first component via pivot shafts (13) and is allowed to turn towards an outer side of the first component. The handle (9) is provided at a section thereof away from the pivot shaft (13) with male pins (11). The latch (10) is provided with concave profiles in correspondence to the male pin (11). The male pin (11) and the concave profile (12) are engaged to form a sliding pair. Furthermore, the handle (9) and the latch (10) constitute a lever system. The lever system uses the pivot shaft (13) as a fulcrum, the handle (9) as a driving member, and the latch (10) as a driven member, where the distance between a force-exerting section of the handle (9) and the fulcrum is greater than the distance from the sliding pair to the fulcrum. The locking system has the advantages of effortless operation, easy installation, and, when in use, improved conformation of movements to gesture habits of people.
