    摘要： The present invention is a new method to efficiently reclaim cement from a horizontal warehouse. This new reclaiming method combines a mechanical cement reclaiming machine, together with a reduced amount of open air slides. Material is fluidized through a porous media with low pressure air. Material flow is achieved by sloping the Air slide conveyor to match the fluidized angle of repose of the powdered material. Further, the present invention introduces a conveying system, comprising a cascade of open and enclosed air slides and elevator machines, to convey the cement from the reclaiming area to a dispatch hopper. The introduction of these components, together with cement stacking and dispatch systems, is a Fully Automated Cement Horizontal Storage system and method.

    摘要： A crane-mounted concrete pumper has been provided wherein a telescoping boom assembly is pivotally and rotatably mounted on the platform of the truck. A concrete conduit is positioned in the interior of the boom assembly and has its intake end operatively connected to a concrete pump mounted on the truck by means of a flexible concrete hose. An extension boom is pivotally mounted on the boom assembly and may be pivoted from a folded, inoperative position to an extended position. A concrete conduit is provided in the interior of the extension boom and is placed into communication with the concrete conduit in the boom assembly when the extension boom is in its extended position. The crane may be either used to pump concrete or used in a conventional fashion. An aerial platform is provided on the boom assembly to enable an operator to pump or spray concrete.

    摘要： A shotcrete gun having a rotatable multichamber rotor, with a top feed hopper for receiving a dry concrete mixture in a chamber, and a bottom outlet pipe for discharging the dry concret mixture from the chamber. The outlet pipe having a compressed air connector for connection to a compressed air source. The upper surface of the drum rotor adjoins a gasket having one or more openings fixed to a clamping plate. The lower surface of the drum rotor adjoins a gasket which is fixed to a base plate. The hopper and the outlet pipe being spaced such that a chamber which communicates directly with the hopper can be moved so that it no longer communicates with the hopper but communicates with the outlet pipe. The clamping plate has a compressed air connector for blowing the dry mixture out into the outlet pipe, and at least three pressure cylinders in order to press the gasket against the drum rotor. Means are provided for maintaining the pressure in the cylinders proportional to the pressure in the outlet pipe.

    摘要： A rotor (1) of a machine for spraying concrete, mortar or a refractory lining material comprises conveying chambers (11') arranged concentrically around its axis, and delimited by cylindrical walls (11) of a porous, air-permeable material, the inside of the walls (11) being machined smooth. Each cylindrical wall (11) is surrounded by an air chamber (10), each of which is acted upon, between a charging point (26) and a discharge point (27), by the pressure of a compressed air source (32) so as to produce air flows which pass through the porous walls (11) into the conveying chambers (11'). The material to be conveyed by the conveying chambers (11') between the charging point (26) and the discharge point (27) is at least in the regions close to the wall acted upon by these air flows so as to prevent the material from adhering to the chamber walls (11'). The discharge through the discharge opening (27) into a conveying line (30) takes place essentially by gravity and by the action of an injector nozzle (31). Since the air flows supplied through the chamber walls (11) are only small, the action of the injector nozzle (21) is not disturbed by compressed air surges, so that a uniform conveying of the material through the conveying line (30) is possible.
