摘要: Provided is a wrapper cutter, including a shell having an axially penetrating hollow structure. A notch extending along an axial direction is further formed in one side edge of the shell, and a cutting knife is fixedly arranged on an inner bottom wall of the notch. 摘要: A system for stacking a fanfolded continuous web of sheet material of indefinite length, such as corrugated cardboard, includes a feeding device that guides the continuous web longitudinally, a creasing device downstream of the feeding device to form transverse creases on the continuous web with a constant longitudinal pitch to define a succession of adjacent partitions, a folding device downstream of the creasing device for progressively and alternately fanfolding adjacent partitions along the creases, and a collection device for collecting the folded web. The collection device includes a vertical column for retaining the stack of fanfolded adjacent partitions, and a cutting unit is mounted at the top of the column to act on the fly on the top adjacent partition of the stack while tracking stack-formation without stopping the folding device. A method of stacking a sheet material, such as a fanfolded continuous web of corrugated cardboard of indefinite length.

摘要: A slit-cutting device includes a first holder, a second holder, a first contactable member a second contactable member, and a protrusion member. The first holder includes a medium faceable area and a first contactable member. The second holder holds a blade and includes a second contactable member. A cutting edge of the blade may cut a medium between the first holder and the blade. The first contactable member and the second contactable member contact each other and defined a closest approach distance between the cutting edge and the first holder. The closest approach distance is longer than zero and below a thickness of the medium. The protrusion member protrudes more than the closest approach distance from a part of the medium faceable area. The cutting edge may make a cut line includes at least a part of a slit-cut and a full-cut in a cutting edge direction in the medium.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to reduce loads during a punching process and to reduce punching time. A punching blade is provided with a blade edge portion including multiple peaks and multiple valleys formed alternately in a circumferential direction. A blade edge line of the blade edge portion has first areas corresponding to the valleys, second areas extending from the peaks to the valleys, and third areas connecting the first areas and the second areas. In a side view of the blade edge portion, the first areas form curved lines along first arcs having a center point on a punching axis, the second areas form curved lines along second arcs having center points located in areas between the punching axis and the highest points of the peaks, and the third areas form straight lines along common tangents to the first arcs and the second arcs.
