摘要: An emergency-operation valve block includes: a drive port for hydraulically connecting the valve block to an emergency drive of a mobile crane, at least two drive mechanism ports for hydraulically connecting the valve block to one drive mechanism of the mobile crane each, at least two closing valves which are assigned to one of the drive mechanism ports each and designed to selectively open or close a hydraulic connection between the drive port and the drive mechanism port respectively assigned to it, and an actuation valve which is designed to selectively reverse the hydraulic connection between a pressure side and return side of the drive port and corresponding sides of the drive mechanism ports. A mobile crane may include such an emergency-operation valve block.

The situation includes the state of the suspended load. The work machine is configured to automatically convey the suspended load to the conveying destination by causing at least one of the lower traveling body, the upper swing body, and the work device to operate.

摘要: A tower crane includes a tower on which a rotating portion is pivotally mounted and configurable between a service configuration in which the rotating portion can be rotatably driven by a motorized orientation system, and an out of service configuration in which the rotating portion is rotatably released to be able to be oriented in the direction of the wind. A control/command unit activates a monitoring mode in the out of service configuration to detect, depending on variations in the angle of orientation or the angular speed of the rotating portion, if the rotating portion is in one of the following movement states: an autorotation state corresponding to a rotary movement of the rotating portion in a given direction over at least one complete turn; or an oscillation state corresponding to a back and forth movement of the rotating portion about the orientation axis.

摘要: One variation of a method for monitoring lift events at a construction site includes: deriving a lifting profile from a first timeseries of load values, output by a load sensor coupled to a crane hook, during a first time period; deriving an oscillation characteristic from a first timeseries of motion values, output by a motion sensor coupled to the crane hook, during the first time period; identifying a type of an object carried by the crane hook during the first time period based on the lifting profile and the oscillation characteristic; selecting a load handling specification for the object based on the type of the object; accessing a second timeseries of motion values output by the motion sensor during a second time period; and, in response to the second timeseries of motion values deviating from the load handling specification, activating an object motion alarm for the object.
