摘要: Methods of forming a fertilizer composition having slow-release nitrogen compounds with a molten process are disclosed. The methods include mixing of a polyethylene wax with urea, formaldehyde, and one or more of an acid catalyst and emulsifier to form a molten methylene urea mixture. The contents of the molten methylene urea mixture react to form slow-release nitrogen compounds. Fertilizer compositions formed of, or including, the slow-release nitrogen compounds are also disclosed.

摘要: A fertilizer supplying animal nutrients including a core particle having an outer surface and comprising compounds containing animal nutrients, and a coating of urea on the outer surface of the core particle, and further a process of making the fertilizer including the steps of: screening animal nutrient core particles comprising a powdered substance containing an animal nutrient, to a preselected particle size; spraying melted urea onto the surface of the nutrient core particles to produce a coating on the nutrient core particles; granulating the nutrient core particles with sprayed melted urea to produce nutrient core granules; and cooling the nutrient core granules.

The soil wetting agent comprises (a) a siloxane alkoxylate; (b) a polymeric dispersant; (c) a pH adjuster; (d) a sugar; and (e) a carrier resin. The soil wetting agent can provide improved distribution of water and/or bioactive materials or nutrients to an area of soil, which can help to improve irrigation of the area as well as improved properties of the crops grown in the area in terms of germination, crop yield, crop size, etc.

摘要: The present invention relates to biodegradable polymers, particularly to a method for converting biodegradable polymers into humus with a low release amount of CO2 and use thereof. A composite material system is formed from the biodegradable polymers and the materials that can slowly release nutrient nitrogen or nutrients nitrogen and phosphorus, in which the mass ratio of carbon to nitrogen in the composite material system is (1-35):1. The materials of the present invention can promote the biodegradable polymers to be converted into soil humus or compost humus, rather than to be converted into greenhouse gas CO2, which is to be emitted into the atmosphere. Therefore, the method is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction, green and efficient utilization of biodegradable polymers and efficient and green utilization of biodegradable polymers wastes.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing a nitrogen-rich or nutritious straw-based slow-release fertilizer through In-Situ straw modification/reactive extrusion integrated continuous process. In the method, the liquid reaction precursor of a nitrogen-containing biodegradable slow-release fertilizer is mixed with crop straw to obtain a reaction mixture, or the liquid reaction precursor of a nitrogen-containing biodegradable slow-release fertilizer, crop straw and a soluble fertilizer are mixed to obtain a reaction mixture. The reaction mixture is subjected to extrusion in a screw extruder to produce the nitrogen-rich or nutritious straw-based slow-release fertilizer.
