    摘要: A corrugated protective textile sleeve has a flexible, tubular wall of woven warp yarns, extending lengthwise along a longitudinal axis between opposite ends of the wall, and weft yarns, extending generally transversely to the warp yarns. At least some of the weft yarns are activatable weft yarn to shrink in length and at least some the weft yarns, adjacent the activatable weft yarn, are substantially non-activatable weft yarn. The substantially non-activatable weft yarn form crests, having a first diameter, spaced axially from one another and the activatable weft yarns, upon being activated and shrunken, form valleys, having a second diameter less than the first diameter, with at least some of the valleys extending between the crests to form the wall having a corrugated contour.

    摘要: The application relates to the technical field of wiring accessories, in particular to a protective tube. The protective tube includes a tube wall and fluffy warp yarns, wherein the tube wall forms a pipeline for a cable to be threaded therein and includes cross-woven first warp yarns and first weft yarns; the fluffy warp yarns are on an inner surface of the tube wall and are fluffier than the first warp yarns, the fluffy warp yarns are cross-woven with the first weft yarns and form a plurality of intersections with the first weft yarns, and each of the fluffy warp yarns spans a plurality of the first weft yarns between two adjacent intersections. When the protective tube is subjected to external impact, the tube wall with stronger hardness can protect the cable; moreover, the fluffy warp yarn reduce the friction between the protective tube and the cable.

    摘要: A method for producing an annular hair band includes providing an elongated, elastic woven strip having transversely extending yarns interleaved between longitudinally extending yarns. Two ends of the woven strip are overlapped. An abutting area of the two ends is greater than a cross sectional area of an end face of each end. Two non-planar dies are used to heat and compress overlapped sections of the two ends. The yarns of one of the two ends and mesh holes of another of the two ends are fused together. The two ends are flattened to form protrusions or grooves on an upper face and a lower face of a non-planar engaged portion of the two ends, thereby forming the annular hair band. The two non-planar dies are opened to remove the annular hair band for cooling. The annular hair band is capable of withstanding a stretching force greater than 2 kg.

    摘要: Woven irrigation tubing comprises a woven, extrusion coated & laminated tube formed of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) outer layer, a low density polyethylene (LDPE) middle layer and a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) inner layer. The finished tubing is treated for ultraviolet resistance. The tubing is tied off at a distal end with a proximal end connected to a pressurized irrigation source. Watering holes are created in the tubing at spaced intervals and the resulting water streams are directed into parallel plowed furrows. The tubing is completely recyclable. The tubing is formed by manufacturing tape for the woven outer tubing cover, stretching the tape along its length to strengthen it, weaving the outer layer from the tape, flattening the woven outer layer, extrusion coating each surface of the outer layer with LDPE, laminating the LLDPE inner layer to the LDPE, reversing and winding the tubing for storage and distribution.
