摘要: For a woven fabric (20) with an additional thread (30, 34) laid out in a zigzag shape, in order to ensure in certain cases that the zigzag thread (30, 34) has its zigzag tip (38) always at the same position over the length of the woven fabric, it is proposed that the weft thread (24) is introduced at certain points in the woven fabric (20) in a floating manner over a plurality of adjacent warp threads (21) and that the feed needle (32, 36) is introduced or inserted into the woven fabric (20) at least at one side of the zigzag laid cover thread (30, 34) at several laying points or at all laying points where the weft thread (24) is floating over several adjacent warp threads (21). The cover thread (30, 34) is positioned at the inside of the zigzag shape.

摘要: A method, system and computer program product for a heuristic determination of in-process damage class control to manage expected output product category. The heuristic technique determines the predicted damages and their ranges while keeping the initial expected defects, the respective classes and range of defect and mitigation. The method dynamically computes a damage mitigation range of operation while being within the overall constraints and completes the computation in smaller number of loops being run at the edge computers so that the manufacturing equipment can operate at a higher velocity for higher quality of the output. The method includes a step of reducing error of the co-efficient and damage counts. An Internet of Things (IoT) based robot is used to mitigate the damages in the manufacturing steps to ensure that the output class of the product remains what was expected at the start despite damages and mitigation measures.

摘要: A composite fabric sheet loading and unloading machine and its method of operation is described for loading and unloading a composite fabric sheet into a computer controlled stitching and laser cutting machine. The composite fabric sheet is restrained on a rectangular contour support frame of a transport platform which is displaceably and guidingly transported into the stitching and laser cutting machine where programmed pattern fabric pieces are formed in the restrained fabric sheet. The transport platform is then unloaded and transferred back to its original position where the pattern pieces and trimmings are separated and a new composite sheet is positioned and restrained on the flat top surface to repeat the operation. A transport platform is provided on opposed sides of the computer controlled stitching and die cutting machine wherein after the unloading of the transport platform another transport platform is loaded into the stitching and laser cutting machine from the opposed side.

摘要: The present invention relates to a yarn clearer for a workstation of a textile machine with a cutting device for clearing out defects from a yarn as well as a cutting device for a yarn clearer which can be arranged at a workstation of a textile machine, with a housing body having a housing basic body, a housing cover which covers the housing basic body at least in sections and together with the housing basic body delimits a housing interior and a first housing opening and a cutting device with a cutting medium carrier having a cutting knife, a cutting medium drive arranged in the housing interior for adjusting the cutting medium carrier between a cutting position remote from the housing and a rest position close to the housing and a drive element connecting the cutting medium drive and the cutting medium carrier and adjustably arranged in the first housing opening. In order to provide a yarn clearer with a cutting device as well as a cutting device which ensure reliable separation of the yarn when required, there is provision for the housing body to have a bearing section for adjustably receiving the cutting medium carrier and a second housing opening adjacent to the bearing section with an opening edge extending perpendicularly to the adjustment direction of the cutting medium carrier and abutting the cutting medium carrier.
