摘要: A roof system is provided. The roof system includes a roof body capable of forming a flat roof or a corrugated roof, where the roof body is provided on a roof pillar; a gutter system is provided at a valley position of the corrugated roof or on the flat roof; a skylight system is further provided at a pitched roof or a ridge of the corrugated roof or on the flat roof; and a pressure relief adjustment component is provided on the skylight system. According to the roof system, a plurality of roof modules are assembled into the roof body. Two adjacent ones of the roof modules are fixed by a connecting plate and a self-locking component when assembled. A plurality of reinforcing points work cooperatively, so the roof system achieves a high utilization rate, and ensures the overall stability and bearing capacity of the roof.

The first base frame module and the second base frame module are connectable to one another via a first connecting leg and a second connecting leg. In the connected state of the first base frame module and the second base frame module, the drainage channel formation portion extends from the second connecting leg toward the first connecting leg so that a drainage channel is formed along the connected connecting legs thereby preventing water from penetrating from above the drainage channel into a space between the connecting legs below the drainage channel.

摘要: The system allows a user to construct a dome while masking the dome within a structure built with traditional wood building materials. The system may include a membrane material that defines the walls and roof of the dome. The system may also have brackets that are placed into the roof formed by the membrane material. After foam has been sprayed, a user may insert wires into the foam. The wires are positioned so as to receive rebar to add structural stability to the dome. A robotic sprayer applies shotcrete to inner walls of the dome, over the foam, wire, and rebar. A traditional roof may be coupled to the completed concrete dome using the brackets that have been embedded throughout the initial construction of the dome.

摘要: A fenestration system includes one or more of a light modulation controller or ventilation modulation controller. The light modulation controller is in communication with at least one light modulation element of a fenestration assembly having a frame and a panel. The light modulation controller includes a light prescription module configured to provide a specified light prescription for the building interior. A lighting difference module is configured to determine a prescription difference between the specified light prescription and ambient light. A dynamic light module of the light modulation controller operates the at least one light modulation element according to the prescription difference. The ventilation modulation controller is in communication with at least one operator configured to open and close the panel. A ventilation prescription module provides a specified ventilation prescription for the building interior, and a dynamic ventilation module implements panel closing and opening according to the specified ventilation prescription.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an aperture cover (1) such as a window. The aperture cover comprises a vacuum insulated glass unit (3) and a frame (2). The frame (2) comprises a fixation frame (7) and a sash (6) fixed to the vacuum insulated glass unit (3), and wherein the sash (6) is movably connected to the fixation frame (7) by means of a hinge connection (80). The fixation frame (7) comprises elongated frame members (8a-8d) defining a frame opening (2a) and the vacuum insulated unit (3) overlaps a surface (11) of at least one elongated frame member (8a-8d) of the fixation frame (7). The sash (6) comprises a sash profile (13) which is fixed to the vacuum insulated glass unit (3) at a part (21, 22) of the vacuum insulated glass unit that overlaps (21) and/or extends beyond (22) the overlapped elongated frame member (8a-8d). A resilient sealing gasket (10) is arranged between the overlapped elongated frame member (8a-8d) and the vacuum insulated glass unit, and the resilient sealing gasket (10) is configured to abut the interior major surface (S2) of the vacuum insulated glass unit when the sash (6) is in a closed position. The interior major surface (S2) of the vacuum insulated glass unit is configured to compress the resilient sealing gasket (10) when moving the sash (6) from an open to a closed position.

摘要: A fenestration system includes one or more of a light modulation controller or ventilation modulation controller. The light modulation controller is in communication with at least one light modulation element of a fenestration assembly having a frame and a panel.
