    摘要: A door arrangement has a door frame, a door leaf, door hinges and a magnetic closure device, wherein the door hinges are fastened on a hinge side of the door leaf and join the door leaf swivelably with the door frame. The door frame has a step for stopping the door leaf in the closed position, the step having a stop arm overlapping the door leaf in the closed position and a lateral arm. The closure device is formed from a magnet arrangement on the door frame as well as a magnetic material on a rim of the door leaf. The magnet arrangement is disposed on the lateral arm in such a way that a gap remains between the magnet arrangement and the magnetic material disposed on the rim of the door leaf.

    摘要: A seal for a sill-free door for sealing a gap between a door leaf and a floor has a carrier rail (2) and a sealing profile (3) retained on the carrier rail (2). The sealing profile (3) has a substantially u-shaped cross section with two limbs (30) and a sealing crosspiece (32), which connects the two limbs (30) to one another and is intended for bearing with sealing action on the floor. There is a cavity (37) present, said cavity being defined by an underside (23) of the carrier rail (2), by the limbs (30) and by the sealing crosspiece (32), wherein the sealing profile (3), on each limb (30), has at least one strip (34) which is arranged on an inner side of the limb (30), projects into the cavity and is intended for improving the sound insulation. At least two strips (34) have a thickness which is greater than the thickness of the adjacent region of the limb (30). Said seal has optimized sound insulation.

    摘要: A sealing assembly for a hinged door is pivotable over a door threshold when the door is opened or closed. The sealing assembly includes an actuator responsive to closing of the door, the actuator having at least one connector rod extending along a channel and being movable longitudinally within the channel in response to the door closing. The rod is connected to a first end of at least one pivotable arm having rigid sections separated by flexible joints, with a second end of the arm being connected to a sealing member. The arm is flexible such that as the connector rod moves along the channel, part of the arm flexes vertically thereby imparting and maintaining vertical pressure on the sealing member.

    摘要: A sealing system for doors and windows includes a reservoir device, a sealing tube configured to expand and to contract, and a transfer valve configured to couple the reservoir device to a first end of the sealing tube. Responsive to either of a door or window closing, a medium may be transferred from the reservoir device via the transfer valve to the sealing tube. Responsive to receiving the medium, the sealing tube may expand to substantially seal a gap between an edge of either of the door or the window and a surface in proximity to the edge. Responsive to either of the door or window opening, the medium may be discharged from the sealing tube via the transfer valve. The sealing tube may contract in response to discharging the medium.

    摘要: The invention relates to an insulating curtain consisting of an inflatable element (1) which in an inflated condition is intended to cover a surface area and in a deflated condition to be stored adjacent said area. The inflatable element comprises airtight portions (9,11) and means which are adapted for filling these portions, the inflatable element thereby being fed out from the store (3). The airtight portions comprise at least one central (9) and at least one peripheral (11) airtight portion and the central portion is substantially airtightly compressible between two compression members (2), along at least a portion of its width, whereby the compressed area will define an inflatable part and a substantially deflated part of the inflatable element. Air ducts (6,7) are disposed within the element and are not compressed by the compression means for enabling the air supply to the airtight portions. Feeding the inflatable element from the store (3) is done by supplying air to the central portion (9).
