摘要: A method for performing rotational speed synchronisation of a first transmission component having a first initial rotational speed with a second transmission component having a second initial rotational speed, so that they rotate with the same final rotational speed during a gear switch from an initial driving gear to a final driving gear in a stepped gear transmission for a hybrid electric or electric drive train having an electric traction motor. The method including calculating a total frictional work resulting from performing the total rotational speed synchronisation by means of a mechanical synchroniser of the stepped gear transmission only, and if the calculated total frictional work exceeds a maximal frictional work of the mechanical synchroniser, performing the rotational speed synchronisation by means of both the electric traction motor and the mechanical synchroniser.

摘要: A vehicle failure-factor specifying apparatus includes (a) a peculiarity-presence determining portion configured to determine, based on a pre-failure driving state in a stage prior to occurrence of a certain failure in a vehicle, whether a peculiarity was present or absent in the pre-failure driving state, and (b) a failure-causing-driving state specifying portion configured, when the peculiarity was present in the pre-failure driving state, to determine whether the peculiarity present in the pre-failure driving state of the vehicle is substantially identical with a peculiarity in the pre-failure driving state of other vehicles. The peculiarity-presence determining portion determines whether the peculiarity was present or absent in the pre-failure driving state of the vehicle, depending on whether a frequency distribution of the pre-failure driving state of the vehicle is deviated from a frequency distribution of a non-failure driving state of a plurality of vehicles including the other vehicles in a non-failure case.

摘要: An apparatus for controlling shifting of a vehicle and a method therefor are provided, where the apparatus includes a storage storing a power map in which a demand power corresponding to a vehicle speed and an accelerator position sensor (APS) value is recorded and storing an energy consumption map of a power source for each gear stage. The apparatus includes a controller that detects a current demand power based on the power map, generates a power graph representing the detected demand power as the number of revolution and a torque of the power source for each gear stage, and matches the generated power graph with the energy consumption map of the power source to control a shift to a gear stage which consumes minimum energy.

摘要: A method of filtering a target transmission ratio of a continuously variable transmission of a vehicle includes: controlling, by a controller, a vehicle speed filter configured to filter a speed signal of a vehicle distorted due to vibration of the vehicle; controlling, by the controller, a target driving pulley speed memory configured to output a target driving pulley speed signal of the continuously variable transmission based on an output value of an acceleration pedal sensor and the filtered speed signal of the vehicle; and controlling, by the controller, a transmission calculator configured to calculate a target transmission ratio of the continuously variable transmission that is a stable value based on the target driving pulley speed signal of the continuously variable transmission and the filtered speed signal of the vehicle, wherein the vehicle speed filter increases filtering capability and a response speed of the vehicle speed filter and decreases the speed signal of the vehicle to a value that makes the target transmission ratio of the continuously variable transmission stable.

摘要: A continuously variable transmission has a variator (4) structured to be able to continuously vary a transmission ratio and a control unit (100). The control unit (100) continuously varies a transmission ratio of the variator (4) in a continuously variable shift mode. In a manual mode in which a manual mode switch (36c) is ON, the transmission ratio is maintained. When a shift switch (36a, 36b) is operated by a driver during the manual mode, the control unit (100) performs shift of the variator (4) so as to change an input rotation speed of the variator (4) by a predetermined rotation speed (ΔN1) regardless of a vehicle speed.

摘要: A vehicle includes an engine; a continuously variable transmission; an output clutch disposed between the continuously variable transmission and the drive wheel; a drive motor coupled between the output clutch and the drive wheel; a traveling mode controller; and a speed ratio controller. In a case where required driving power based on an accelerator position is less than a first threshold, the traveling mode controller switches a traveling mode to a first traveling mode. In a case where the required driving power is equal to or greater than the first threshold, the traveling mode controller switches the traveling mode to a second traveling mode. In a case where the required driving power is less than the first threshold and equal to or greater than a second threshold, the speed ratio controller causes a speed ratio of the continuously variable transmission to change depending on a vehicle speed.

摘要: A manual mode training system for a vehicle having a manual transmission or a “manual mode” transmission controlled by a paddle shifter. The system includes a sensor to obtain force and position information from a foot pedal of the vehicle, and a processor to receive the information. Based on the information, the processor may predict an intended vehicle response, determine an appropriate gear to achieve the intended vehicle response, and notify a driver, through a haptic feedback mechanism, how to shift the transmission of the vehicle to reach the appropriate gear. A corresponding method is also disclosed and claimed herein.
