    摘要: A distance sensor (1) for estimating a distance to a surface (OS) of an object (O), the distance sensor including a micro electric mechanical system (MEMS) (5), a detection means (30) and a processing device (40). The MEMS comprises a MEMS device (10) having a surface (12), denoted as MEMS sensor surface, to be arranged opposite the surface (OS) of said object (O) and a MEMS driver (20) for generating an ac driving signal to cause the MEMS sensor surface (12) to vibrate. The detection means (30) is to determine a value of a property of a dynamic behavior of the MEMS (5) and the processing device (40) is to estimate an average distance (h) as a measured distance (D2) between the MEMS sensor surface (12) and the surface (Os) of the object (O) based on the determined value for said property.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a synchronization method for multi-station data of dynamic coordinate measurement by a workshop measuring and positioning network. The method comprises the following steps of: determining a measuring and positioning space according to the in-situ measurement dimension, selecting locations for placing several transmitters, calibrating external parameters of the transmitters by a reference ruler, and establishing a measurement field; in a communication data packet of a signal processor, attaching local clock information into the angle information of each transmitter; and setting fixed time nodes on a time axis, and synchronizing data of different transmitters to corresponding time nodes so as to realize data synchronization. The present invention improves the conventional static measurement function of the wMPS to a certain dynamic measurement function for expanding the application ranges of the wMPS, and provides a technical support for realization of real-time, high-accuracy and large-scale in-situ industrial coordinate measurement based on wMPS.

    摘要: A system for measuring a bending deformation of a surface of a material which cooperates with a bending test machine to deform a test piece. The system includes a first portion with lateral teeth which bear against an upper surface of the test piece. A first load support connected to the lateral teeth applies a constant force towards the test piece. A second portion with a central tooth bears against the upper surface. A second load support connected to the central tooth applies a constant force oriented towards the test piece. A measuring device includes a deformation sensor having a first arm connected to the first portion, and a second arm connected to the second portion. The first arm and the second arm are separated from each other by a variable distance (AB) measured by the measuring device.

A device for tensioning a portion of the roller chain with a defined measuring load and a device for measuring the spacing between a given number of chain links are provided, the device for measuring the spacing having two contact pins, each of which is configured for positioning between two rivet heads or on a rivet head of a link plate, and a device for measuring and displaying the distance between the two contact pins. An accurate, quantitative measurement of the wear on a roller chain in the fitted state is obtained quickly and easily.

    摘要: Statistically representing point-to-point photovoltaic power estimation and area-to-point conversion of satellite pixel irradiance data are described. Accuracy on correlated overhead sky clearness is bounded by evaluating a mean and standard deviation between recorded irradiance measures and the forecast irradiance measures. Sky clearness over the two locations is related with a correlation coefficient by solving an empirically-derived exponential function of the temporal distance. Each forecast clearness index is weighted by the correlation coefficient to form an output set of forecast clearness indexes and the mean and standard deviation are proportioned. Additionally, accuracy on correlated satellite imagery is bounded by converting collective irradiance into point clearness indexes. A mean and standard deviation for the point clearness indexes is evaluated. The mean is set as an area clearness index for the bounded area. For each point, a variance of the point clearness index is determined and the mean and standard deviation are proportioned.

    摘要: An ergonomic, self contained hand-held thread inspection tool is power driven, which uses current draw as a surrogate for torque to initiate automatic reversal and gage withdrawal in case of jamming. The distal end carries the thread gage attached to a motor-driven spindle. A thread depth collar sleeve, adjustable by manual turning, concentrically surrounds the thread gage. When threaded into a blind hole or onto a protruding stud and operated, the distal end of the thread depth collar sleeve comes in contact with a part, pushing it against spring force. This movement is internally sensed, causing an indicator to flash, signaling “test OK”, while automatically reversing the spindle to withdraw the thread gage. If during the forward excursion of the thread gage a torque exceeding the pre-set torque limit is encountered, a buzzer is sounded signaling an over-torque problem and the spindle is simultaneously reversed for automatic gage withdrawal.

    摘要: A template system is provided for laying out the location of telecommunication switching cabinets in a switching center. The template system includes a plurality of fixture templates and a plurality of connector pieces for joining the fixture templates to one another. Each fixture template includes pre-formed marking holes and pre-formed marking slots to mark the layout of the cabinet. The marking holes are used to mark the location of mounting holes in the floor. Marking slots are used to mark the location of access openings for wiring in suspended floor systems. The connector pieces interlock with the fixture templates so that the fixture templates are always spaced a predetermined distance from one another. The interlocking fixture templates and connector pieces minimize the reliance on measurements thereby reducing the number of errors likely to occur when laying out the cabinets.

    摘要: An internal pressure inspection is simply conducted for cans of types different in dimension and for assuredly removing defective cans. The inspection apparatus comprises first and second can barrel pressure detectors and a can cover pressure detector for detecting the internal pressure of a can, and a can sensor for sensing a can, which underwent the detection of the internal pressure, to output a can sense signal. In the inspection apparatus, a control unit decides the acceptance or failure in the can internal pressure and, when the failure decision is made, starts a defective can removal unit on the basis of the can sense signal from the can sensor. An apparatus body has a separation change mechanism including a width variable gauge which is placed between first and second movable frames and which can change its own width in accordance with its own rotation.
