摘要: A level including level vial(s) having enhanced visibility are provided. The level may include a level vial including a material that is attracted to the interface or border of a globule within the level vial which improves visibility of the interface. The level may include a solid level indicator having easy to see end surfaces that are generally vertically oriented when in the level position. The end surfaces of the solid level indicator may allow the user to more easily compare the position of the solid level indicator to indicating lines formed on the level vial. The level may include a level vial including a first liquid and an immiscible second liquid forming a globule with the first material. The globule formed from the second material may improve visibility compared to a typical air bubble.

Furthermore, the tillage implement includes a computing system communicatively coupled to the sensors. Additionally, the computing system is configured to determine when the plurality of disk blades are plugged based on the determined orientation of the main implement frame and the disk frame relative to the field surface.

摘要: A removeable level endcap is disclosed where the endcap safeguards the end of the level apparatus against drops and impacts. The endcap assembly includes a sliding C-clamp slidably housed inside a locking hook structure. Both locking and locking hook structures are “C” shaped with two end portions coupled to a middle portion. With the sliding C-clamp in a fully pushed backward position within the locking hook housing structure, a single linear forward push of the sliding C-clamp couples the locking hook structure end portions with the level end and locks the endcap onto the level end using locking tabs on locking hook structure end portions with the sliding C-clamp in a pushed fully forward position within the locking hook structure. Unlocking, detaching, and removing the endcap from the level apparatus is accomplished with a single linear backward pull of the sliding C-clamp within the locking hook structure.

摘要: A system and method for inspecting fan blade clearances in a fan stator module are presented. The method includes rotating a fan rotor assembly that includes an attached bracket situated between adjacent fan blades connected to the fan rotor assembly. The bracket includes a laser module and an inclinometer configured to measure a circumferential position of the laser module. The method further includes projecting a laser beam from the laser module to the fan case to determine a distance measurement between the laser module and the fan case at multiple circumferential points around the fan case. The distance measurement and circumferential position data is processed by a computing device to determine a clearance distance between a fan blade and the fan case.

摘要: A ground penetrating radar device of the present embodiment is a manually operable device, in which encoders are attached to axles of three wheels that are mutually displaced by 120 degrees. A control unit calculates, from rotation amounts measured by the encoders, the moving direction, moving distance, moving speed vector, and turning vector of the ground penetrating radar device. A measurement unit searches for an underground buried object with radio wave. A storage unit stores a two-dimensional measurement data set, in which positional information and moving direction of the ground penetrating radar device calculated by the control unit is associated with measurement data obtained by a radar measurement unit. A display unit displays a facility map indicating the position where an underground structure is present, which is stored in a database, together with the measurement data while superimposing the facility map and the measurement data one on the other.
