摘要: An imaging apparatus is an imaging apparatus in which a focus lens is moved while avoiding a period of main exposure by an image sensor and the main exposure is continuously performed to perform continuous imaging, and a processor calculates a first focus position of the focus lens with respect to a specific subject based on image data obtained by imaging the specific subject with the main exposure by the image sensor in a specific frame in which the main exposure is performed in a continuous imaging period, predicts a second focus position of the focus lens with respect to the specific subject in a frame ahead of the specific frame by a plurality of frames with reference to the first focus position in the continuous imaging period, and moves the focus lens toward the second focus position.

摘要: An image capturing device includes a lens, a lens driver configured to change a focus position by moving the lens, an image sensor configured to detect light passed through the lens, and a focus controller configured to control, based on an image generated by the image sensor, the lens driver to adjust the focus position. The focus controller is further configured to: monitor a feature change of a saturated object having an intensity greater than or equal to a threshold value, in each of a plurality of regions of an image, by adjusting the focus position; and adjust the focus position based on a trend of the feature change of the saturated object while the focus position is changed in a direction.

摘要: A photographing system according to one example embodiment includes a hardware photographing device configured to photograph each of a first pattern and a second pattern; at least one memory storing instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to: set, for the hardware photographing device, a control value for changing the focal position; evaluate degrees of focus of a plurality of images of the first pattern and select an image having a maximum evaluation value, as well as evaluate degrees of focus of a plurality of images of the second pattern and select an image having a maximum evaluation value; and acquire a correspondence relationship between a focal position of an optical system and a control value, based on the control values used in capturing the images of the first pattern and the second pattern, and subject distances of the first pattern and the second pattern.

摘要: Dual-aperture digital cameras with auto-focus (AF) and related methods for obtaining a focused and, optionally optically stabilized color image of an object or scene. A dual-aperture camera includes a first sub-camera having a first optics bloc and a color image sensor for providing a color image, a second sub-camera having a second optics bloc and a clear image sensor for providing a luminance image, the first and second sub-cameras having substantially the same field of view, an AF mechanism coupled mechanically at least to the first optics bloc, and a camera controller coupled to the AF mechanism and to the two image sensors and configured to control the AF mechanism, to calculate a scaling difference and a sharpness difference between the color and luminance images, the scaling and sharpness differences being due to the AF mechanism, and to process the color and luminance images into a fused color image using the calculated differences.
