摘要: An apparatus and method for operating and calibrating a paint mixture delivery system includes a positive displacement fluid cylinder and a linear transducer that monitors operation of the positive displacement fluid cylinder. A controller is connected to a servo drive whose operation manipulates the performance of the positive displacement fluid cylinder. Operation of the fluid delivery system is controlled such that the ratio of paint or resin to catalyst or hardener can be accurately controlled and calibration of the discrete fluid flow sensors can be quickly and conveniently calibrated to assure delivery of the respective fluids are the desired mixture ratio.

摘要: An exhaust system capable of diluting a hydrogen gas to a concentration below the lower explosive limit without requiring a large amount of dilution gas while preventing an increase in a pressure of an exhaust gas in a buffer tank is disclosed. The exhaust system performs, when a main valve disposed in an exhaust line is closed, an initial exhaust operation in which a gas heavier than the hydrogen gas is discharged from a lower part of a buffer tank while an inlet valve disposed in an inlet line and a first outlet valve disposed in an outlet line are opened to introduce the exhaust gas from an equipment in a tangential direction of a buffer tank. Next, the exhaust system performs a hydrogen-gas discharge operation in which the inlet valve and the first outlet valve are closed, and the a bypass valve disposed in a bypass line and the second outlet valve disposed in a hydrogen-gas discharge line are opened to discharge the hydrogen gas stayed in an upper part of the buffer tank while flowing the exhaust gas into a bypass line.

摘要: There is provided a gas mixer arrangement comprising a first gas source for supplying a first gas; a second gas source for supplying a second gas different from said first gas; first and second flow regulation devices for regulating the respective flow of the first gas and second gases from the first and second gas sources; a mixer; and an outlet. The mixer is located downstream of the first and second flow regulation devices and arranged, in use, to mix the first and second gases to provide a mixed gas to the outlet. The gas mixer arrangement further comprises a meter comprising a first sensor assembly operable to determine the average molecular weight of the mixed gas and including a high-frequency planar piezoelectric crystal oscillator in contact with the mixed gas, a second sensor assembly operable to determine the pressure of the gas downstream of one of the first or second flow regulation devices, and a controller operable, in response to the average molecular weight of the mixed gas and said gas pressure, to control automatically said first and second flow regulation devices to control the relative proportion of the first and second gases in said mixed gas and the pressure or mass flow rate of the mixed gas from the outlet.
