摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for managing communication of Artificial Intelligence (AI) data between devices in a computing environment. Detecting one or more sets of changes in data values associated with current data frame based on comparison between current data frame and previously generated data frame. Further, performing generation of one or more data chunks of an updated data frame, comprising one or more data segments based on the one or more sets of changes, based on one of, a first codec technique and second codec technique. Transmitting one or more data chunks to one or more receiver devices based on the respective data chunk satisfying a specified chunk size. Transmitting the one or more data chunks generated for updated data frame to one or more receiver devices based on respective data chunk satisfying a specified chunk size.

The present invention can monitor, record, and inquire the roadway equipment, enhance the availability of devices, and help the traffic control center side on monitoring and managing equipment vendors, including clarifying responsibility thereof.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention include a processor system operable to perform processor system operations that include determining, using a server of the processor system, that a set of compressed parameters of a machine learning model includes new compressed data (NCD) and previously-generated compressed data (PGCD). The NCD includes compressed data segments that were not previously transmitted to a target device of the processor system; and the PGCD includes compressed data segments that were previously transmitted to the target device of the processor system. One or more PGCD identifiers are computed based at least in part on the PGCD. The NCD and the one or more PGCD identifiers are transmitted to the target device of the processor system.

摘要: Techniques for framing data in various data transmission contexts are described. A data framing technique may include a transmitter sending a data stream including repeating bits in alternating forward and reverse order. A receiver of the data stream may fold the data stream, and correlate portions of the folded data stream for purposes of validating the data stream and/or identifying an ID in the data stream. In at least some instances, once the receiver validates the data stream, the receiver may accept payload accompanying the data stream.

摘要: A method is described for forming output video frames by a decoder device, comprising: receiving a bitstream comprising bitstream parts representing encoded media data of video tiles and tile positioning information associated with the encoded video tiles; extracting tile positioning information from the bitstream, the tile positioning information comprising tile identifiers for identifying encoded video tiles, a tile identifier being associated with one or more boundary identifiers, each identifying a boundary of a video tile identified by a tile identifier; determining a tile map based on the boundary identifiers, the tile map representing a spatial layout of video tiles in an output video frame; and forming an output video frame, including identifying parts of the bitstream representing encoded media data of video tiles identified in the tile map, decoding the identified encoded media data and copying the decoded media data in the output video frame buffer according to spatial layout.

摘要: Examples of biomimetic codecs and biomimetic coding techniques are described herein. Morphologically-adaptive coding networks can be developed in accordance with energy dissipation driven “heat” generated by application of training data. The morphologically-adaptive coding networks may be representative of common features expected in an input signal or data stream. Decoding may proceed using the morphologically-adaptive coding network. Morphologically-adaptive coding networks may be used as a cortex that can be shared for boosting multimedia data compression rates and/or increasing the encode-decode fidelity of information content while the features remain queryable in encoded form. Examples of the biomimetic codecs and biomimetic coding techniques provide a broad-based technology platform that can be used in context-IDed multimedia storage, pattern recognition, and high-performance computing/big data management, the hallmarks of web- and cloud-based systems.
