Abstract:
A stack (1) of hygiene sheet products comprising first and second webs (2, 3) that are interfolded with each other. The stack includes a top panel (11) of the first web (2) and a top panel (12) of the second web (13), wherein the top panel of the first web overlays the top panel of the second web but has been cut away so that the top panel of the second web is revealed by the top panel of the first web. An adherence layer (14) is placed on the top panel of the first web and the top panel of the second web and is exposed at the top of the stack so that it can adhere to an adjacent stack so that when the last sheets of the adjacent stack are pulled through a dispenser opening of a dispenser, the first and second sheets are pulled securely through with it as a result of the direct adherence.
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a dispenser (1) for dispensing flexible sheet material (20) from a roll of material (2), the roll of material having a core (22), wherein one end portion of the flexible sheet material is adhered to the core by means of a pickup glue (24), the dispenser comprising a sensor (4, 4') for sensing the pickup glue of the roll of material and a control unit (5) for triggering at least one action of the dispenser in response to the detection of the pickup glue.
Abstract:
The present disclosure pertains to a dispenser (1) for dispensing tissue paper, the dispenser comprising a housing (2) defining a volume for receiving both a center- feed tissue paper roll and a tissue paper stack, wherein a first dispensing opening (3) is situated in the housing for dispensing tissue paper from a center- feed tissue paper roll, and a second dispensing opening (4) situated in the housing for dispensing tissue paper sheets from a tissue paper stack.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a packing for a stack (1) of tissue paper or nonwoven, where the top and/or bottom layer is provided on its outside with at least one glue layer (2), which packing comprises a packing wrapper (3). According to the invention, the packing wrapper (3) has, at least within the area of each glue layer (2), a small capacity to adhere to the glue layer(s) of the stack on at least the side which faces the stack.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a stack (1) of web material for hygiene products, for use in a dispenser, comprising at least one continuous web material (2, 3) being Z-folded about transverse folding lines (4), thereby providing panels having a length (L) along said folding lines, and a width (W) perpendicular to said folding lines, said panels being piled on top of each other to form a height (H) of said stack extending between a first end surface (5) and a second end surface (6) of said stack 1, and said first end surface (5) being provided with a first connector (11a), and said second end surface (6) being provided with a second connector (11b). At least one of said first and second connectors (11a, 11b) comprises a first mechanical connector structure (51) and a second mechanical connector structure (52), said first and second mechanical connector structures (51, 52) being two corresponding structures, each structure being capable of forming a mechanical interconnection with said other structure, and being incapable of forming a mechanical interconnection with an identical structure, whereby said at least one of said first and second connectors (11a, 11b) is mechanically connectable to another connector of another stack of web material, said another connector comprising said first and/or second mechanical connector structure.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a separation unit for separating a web material along preformed lines of weakness. The separation unit has a width direction and comprises a first roller arrangement having a rotational axis extending in the width direction and a web width extending in said width direction, and a second roller arrangement having a rotational axis extending parallel with the rotational axis of the first roller arrangement and a web width extending in said width direction. The second roller arrangement is positioned at a distance from the first roller arrangement, the distance extending in a direction perpendicular to the width direction. Each of the first and the second roller arrangements is provided with a plurality of protrusion elements arranged with a spacing along the rotational axes and protruding perpendicularly from the axes. Each of the protrusion elements has a maximum width in the width direction, a maximum radial extension from the rotational axes, an inner portion adjacent to the rotational axes, and an outer portion remote from the rotational axes. The outer portions of the protrusion elements on the first roller arrangement are arranged in a staggered relationship with the outer portions of the protrusion elements on the second roller arrangement such that the outer portions of the protrusion elements on the first roller arrangement are partially overlapping with the outer portions of the protrusion elements on the second roller arrangement with a radial overlap length, thus forming an undulating passage for a web material between said rollers. Each of the first and second roller arrangements has a central portion and peripheral portions in said width direction. For the first roller arrangement the spacing between the protrusion elements is greater in the central portion than in the peripheral portions.
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a stack of interfolded hygiene products (100), comprising a first web (1) divided into individual hygiene products by means of lines of weakness (12); a second web (2) divided into individual hygiene products by means of lines of weakness (22); the first web and the second web being interfolded with one another in a nested configuration, wherein the lines of weakness of the first web and the lines of weakness of the second web are offset with respect to one another along the webs; characterised in that the first web and the second web are joined to one another at a leading portion (4) and/or at a trailing portion (4'') of the webs.
Abstract:
