The present invention relates to a process for preparing an injection molded part, comprising the following steps: a preparing a glass fiber reinforced polyamide-6 composition with a relative viscosity of less than 2.4; b heating a such composition to obtain a viscous liquid; c filling a mold cavity with the viscous liquid with a filling time of at least 0.8 s; d leaving the viscous liquid in the mold under pressure until it cools to form a part; e opening the mold; f ejecting the part; wherein the polyamide-6 composition has a crystallization temperature under hyper DSC conditions of less than 168 °C. The invention also relates to an injection molded part a having a maximum wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm; and/or b a part weight of at least 100 g per injection point; wherein the part consists of a glass fiber reinforced semi-crystalline polyamide-6 composition having a relative solution viscosity of less than 2.4, wherein the polyamide-6 composition has a crystallization temperature under hyper DSC conditions of less than 168 °C.

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Innenverkleidungsbauteil für Kraftfahrzeuge mit integrierter Airbagabdeckung (1) sowie ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zu seiner Herstellung. Das Innenverkleidungsbauteil zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass im Bereich der Airbagabdeckung (1) die Dekorschicht (2) als multifunktionelle, die Airbagabdeckung (1) beidseitig umschließende Schicht ausgebildet ist. Die Herstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Innenverkleidungsbauteils erfolgt in einem mindestens zweistufigen Formwerkzeug mit einem im Bereich der Airbagabdeckung (1) im Formwerkzeugkern (5) integrierten Schieber (16), durch dessen Verschieben die für die Ausbildung einer Dekorschicht (2) vorgesehene Kavität (14) im Bereich der Airbagabdeckung (1) bis zur Rückseite des der in den Trägers (3) Airbagabdeckung (1) erweitert werden kann.

The present invention refers to a polymeric composition prepared from a biodegradable polymer defined by polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) or copolymers thereof, and at least one other biodegradable polymer, such as polycaprolactone (PCL) and poly (lactic acid) (PLA), so as to alter its structure, and further at least one additive of the type of natural filler and natural fibers, and, optionally, nucleant, thermal stabilizer, processing aid, with the object of preparing an environmentally degradable material. According to the production process described herein, the composition resulting from the mixture of the modified biodegradable polymer and additives can be utilized in the manufacture of injected packages for food products, injected packages for cosmetics, tubes, technical pieces and several injected products.
