Abstract: A record linking platform having a computer system with a processor, multiple databases each having records, such as private health information. Each of the multiple databases are not in direct communication with one another. A control center is in communication with the different entities, the control center configured to: generate a site configuration file, a key configuration file, and a broker configuration file. A keymaster configured to: receive the key configuration file, generate a hash key, and transmit the hash key to the databases. The databases configured to: receive the site configuration file and the hash key; process the records to generate evaluation records data that conform to a data model specified in the site configuration file; and encrypt the evaluation records using the hash key. An honest broker configured to: receive the broker configuration file and the encrypted evaluation records; and link the encrypted evaluation records without decrypting.

Abstract: Recent remarkable progress in wave-front shaping has enabled control of light propagation inside linear media to focus and image through scattering objects. In particular, light propagation in multimode fibers comprises complex intermodal interactions and rich spatiotemporal dynamics. Control of physical phenomena in multimode fibers and its applications is in its infancy, opening opportunities to take advantage of complex mode interactions. Various embodiments of the present technology provide wave-front shaping for controlling nonlinear phenomena in multimode fibers. Using a spatial light modulator at the fiber's input and a genetic algorithm optimization, some embodiments control a highly nonlinear stimulated Raman scattering cascade and its interplay with four wave mixing via a flexible implicit control on the superposition of modes that are coupled into the fiber.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present technology include a wearable physiological monitoring device, related algorithms and software that are tied to a portable electronic device for readout. The wearable device can perform real-time measurement of a number of physiological and environmental parameters including heart rate, pulse oximetry, respiration, movement, environmental particulate matter, moisture, temperature (e.g., ambient air and body temperatures) and geospatial location. Some embodiments may establish a physiological baseline for a patient by measuring the above parameters during a healthy state. Collected data can be wirelessly transmitted to a portable electronic device or monitoring and feedback platform where software will analyze the data and make assessments of the device wearer's health based upon the wearer's baseline.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present technology allow multi-realm support at l/S-CSCF to IMS by the same l/S-CSCF nodes. Some embodiments allow for a registration message to be received from an IMS client. The registration message can be used to establish, through an Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) core network, a service between a first endpoint associated with a first realm and a second endpoint associated with a second, different realm. The registration message can be translated so that the second endpoint believes the first endpoint is associated with the second realm before being transmitted to the second endpoint. Upon receiving a successful IMS registration message from the IMS core network, a binding can be created between the first endpoint and the second endpoint.

Abstract: System and methods are provided for detecting numerical text strings within a text string and converting those numerical text strings into digit strings. The digit strings may be reflected in real-time, such as when the user is typing a text message. If more than one possible format of the digit string is determined, the system may then provide a selection of the various formats for selection. Once the proper format for the digit string is determined, that digit string may replace the numerical string previously detected in the text string. The text to digit conversion and associated formatting expedites user text entry such that the user is not required to switch keyboard views, (e.g., virtual keyboards). Additionally, converting to digit strings compresses message length, as well as provide other benefits.
