Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren von Pflanzenerzeugnissen, insbesondere haltbaren und aromatischen Kräuterzubereitungen, mit folgenden Schritten: (1) Einbringen von frischem oder tiefgefrorenem pflanzlichen Ausgangsstoff in eine wässrige, kohlenhydrathaltige Trägerstofflösung, wobei der Trägerstoff ein wasserlösliches, verdauliches Stärkeabbauprodukt mit geringen Dextrinierungsgrad oder alternativ eine Mischung aus kurzkettigem, resistenten Dextrin mit kaltquellender Stärke umfasst (2) Bildung einer homogenen Suspension aus pflanzlichem Material und Trägerstoffmatrix (3) Zerkleinerung des pflanzlichen Ausgangsstoff in der Trägerstoffmatrix und Bildung eines Überzugs um den pflanzlichen Ausgangsstoff, danach ggf. Gießen der Mischung in Formen (24), Ausbildung von Pellos (22, 22a, 22b, 22c), Tiefgefrieren (4) Trocknung mit einem Vakuumtrockner und dabei Ausbildung einer glasartigen-aromadichten Versiegelung um die pflanzlichen Ausgangsstoffe (5) Brechen und Zerkleinern des getrockneten Pflanzenerzeugnisses zu einem rieselfähigen Pflanzenprodukt mit langer Haltbarkeit

The invention is attributed to the field of bulk food drying machinery, and may be used in drying facilities of bee bread and pollen pellets, as well as a variety of agricultural products, such as various fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms. To simplify the design, to reduce drying energy costs and improve product quality of the drying cabinet consisting of the drying chamber (1) with the door (2) and perforated drawers (3) inside, the heating element (9), the fan (8) and the ductwork (4), the collection manifold (18) and the distribution manifold (19) are mounted near the front and the rear wall of the drying chamber (1), a slot type partition (20) with gradually decreasing slots mounted across the entire length of the perforated drawer (3), and the horizontal partition (5) on the bottom of the drawer with a filter (6) attached to it at a right angle and the fresh air inlet (11) and wet air exhaust vent (14) mounted on the bottom lower part of the drying chamber with the connected discharge channel (17), which are separated by the air flow separation edge (10) and with the fan (8) fitted next to them, which at one end is attached to the back of the lower drying chamber wall, and on the other end to the horizontal partition (7) separating the perforated drawers (3) from the fan (8) and connected to the heater (9). Also, the fresh air inlet (11) and the wet air exhaust (14) vents of the drying chamber of bulk food products, including ambrosia and the pollen pellets, are arranged symmetrically and are perpendicular to the rear lower wall of the drying chamber (1) and the rotation direction of the fan 8, and one of the edges of the horizontal partition (7) has an edge that is perpendicular to the direction of fresh air flow.

본 발명에 따른 잎담배 농산물 건조기의 배풍열 회수장치는,열교환수단은 배풍구(140)의 일측에 연통되도록 마련되는 회수덕트(330)와, 상기 회수덕트(330)와 배풍구(140) 사이에 회전 가능하도록 마련되고 모터(320)의 정,역회전에 따라 회수덕트(330)와 배풍구(140)를 선택적으로 개폐시키는 댐퍼(310)와, 상기 배풍구(140)를 통해 배출되는 배출공기의 열을 회수하도록 회수덕트(330) 내부에 배치되고 내부에 열전달매체가 순환되는 배풍 열교환기(220)와, 상기 배풍 열교환기(220)와 배관으로 연결되고 펌프(250)에 의해 순환되는 열전달매체를 통해 흡입구(130)로 흡입되는 공기를 데우는 흡입 열교환기(210) 및 상기 건조실(120)의 온도 및 습도를 측정하는 온도센서(410)와 습도센서(420)의 측정값을 수신하고 잎담배 농산물 건조기의 작동을 제어하는 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부(450)를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 배풍구(140)의 내부에는 제어부(450)의 제어신호에 따라 구동되는 구동모터(520)의 구동시 건조실(120) 내의 내부공기를 흡입하여 송풍하기 위한 배출팬(510)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract:
The present invention defines a process for vacuum drying fruit or vegetables, particularly tropical fruit, such as bananas, mangos and pineapples, so as to provide an exceptionally sweet and flavorful fruit chip snack product which is substantially free of any additives such as frying oil, preservatives, added sugar and artificial sweeteners. The process is a vacuum drying process and utilizes a drying apparatus in the form of an autoclave which contains within it a stacked platen heat exchanger wherein trays of the fruit to be dried are placed between heated platens in the heat exchanger. The platens are heated using hot water or a hot water/steam mixture and the drying is done in the autoclave under pressure.

본 발명은 지그재그 형태로서 양측에 수직방향으로 입설되는 프레임; 상기 프레임과 프레임의 사이를 수평방향으로 연결하는 다수의 지지봉; 상기 프레임에 끼워져 다층의 선반을 형성하고, 상기 선반에 농수산물을 올려 놓아 건조시키는 건조망;을 포함하는 농수산물 건조기를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 저가의 부품만을 이용하여 농수산물 건조기 제작이 가능하므로 고가의 열건조기에 비하여 제조원가 및 보급가가 매우 저렴하고, 다층으로 이루어진 선반에 건조물을 널어 건조시키므로 재래식 자연건조방법에 비하여 큰 설치 면적이 필요하지 않아 건조효율이 높으며, 주로 태양열을 사용한 자연 건조가 이루어지므로 작동 유지비가 적게 들고 자연 건조에 의한 건조물의 맛과 품질이 우수한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a dehydrated and aerated food product. The dehydrated and aerated food product includes a plant puree mixture and a hydrocolloid. The plant puree mixture and hydrocolloid combine to form a dehydrated and aerated plant puree foam having a hydro colloid-based aeration network dispersed throughout the plant puree mixture. The present invention also relates to methods of making and using the dehydrated and aerated food product, and combination food products that include the dehydrated and aerated food product.

An automatic chili pepper stirring apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a moving unit movably arranged in a greenhouse in which chili peppers are laid out; a stirring unit which is coupled to the moving unit such that the stirring unit is rotatable by a shaft and which stirs chili peppers by the rotating operation; and a control unit which controls the moving speed of the moving unit or the rotating speed of the stirring unit. According to the embodiment of the present invention, chili peppers in the greenhouse may be automatically stirred to reduce consumption of labor, shorten drying time of the chili peppers, improve drying uniformity of chili peppers and quality and production of chili peppers.
