摘要:
The present invention is directed to novel vaccine delivery platform based on the Orf virus (ORFV) genome, which carry heterologous antigens, methods of making and methods of using the same for prevention of infections, diseases, and other conditions in animals.
摘要:
The present invention relates to microneedle vaccine formulations, as well as methods of use thereof to provide animals, including canines, protective immunity against infection and disease caused by rabies viruses. Once placed onto the skin of the animals, the microneedle formulations dissolve quickly into the surrounding skin, where the antigens then elicit in the animals high and protective levels of rabies virus neutralizing antibodies.
摘要:
The present invention is generally related to virus-like particles (VLPs) comprising rabies virus (RV) glycoproteins (G proteins) and methods for making and using them, including immunogenic compositions such as vaccines for the treatment and/or prevention of rabies virus infection.
摘要:
The present invention relates to adjuvanted recombinant anti-rabies vaccines and the oral administration of such vaccines to raccoons and other wildlife. Advantageously, the anti-rabies vaccine may comprise a recombinant vaccinia virus containing a rabies glycoprotein gene. The invention encompasses methods of vaccinating raccoons and other wildlife by administration of an anti-rabies vaccines which may comprise a recombinant vaccinia virus containing a rabies glycoprotein gene, in combination with an adjuvant which increases both vaccine viscosity and efficacy. The invention provides effective oral recombinant vaccines used in oral rabies vaccination (ORV) programs for wildlife, effective at protecting raccoons, gray foxes, coyotes, and other animals.
摘要:
Described herein are recombinant rabies viruses encoding rabies virus glycoprotein and at least one heterologous glycoprotein from another lyssavirus, such as Mokola virus, Lagos bat virus and/or West Caucasian bat virus. In particular embodiments, the recombinant rabies virus includes two or three heterologous lyssavirus glycoproteins. The disclosed recombinant rabies viruses can be used as pan-lyssavirus vaccines to provide protection against lyssaviruses that cause rabies.
摘要:
Described herein are recombinant rabies viruses comprising a heterologous nucleic acid sequence encoding an immunocontraceptive protein, such as gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) or zona pellucida 3 (ZP3). The recombinant rabies viruses disclosed herein are recovered by reverse genetics, replicate efficiently, elicit rabies virus neutralizing antibodies and immunocontraceptive peptide-specific antibodies in vaccinated animals, and protect vaccinated animals against wild-type rabies virus challenge. Further provided is a method of immunizing a non-human animal against rabies virus infection and simultaneously inhibiting fertility of the animal, comprising administering an immunogenic composition comprising one or more of the recombinant rabies viruses described herein.

The invention provides novel adjuvants and pharmaceutical composition comprising of an adjuvant alone. The invention also provides novel vaccine compositions comprising of an antigen and a novel adjuvant. The novel adjuvant as per present invention is farnesoid-X-receptor (FXR) antagonist. The invention also relates to an adjuvant for variety of antigens. The adjuvant improves antibody production specific to incorporated antigen. The adjuvant also induces cell mediated immune response.
