The core of the invention relates to a winding material spool, comprising two drum discs F1 ', F1 " located at the ends and having the same diameter, wherein a cylindrical drum core TK, onto which the cargo or stranding products can be wound, is present between said discs. The winding material spool can be rotatably driven by an external rotary drive - preferably as a friction wheel drive by way of rollers A1 - wherein the rotary drive is equipped with a sensor unit that indicates a mass imbalance during loading and unloading in case an imbalance occurs during rotation. Inside the drum core TK, containers WT or chambers are provided for receiving at least one additional weight, with which an imbalance can be compensated for. The signaling coupled to the rotary drive supplies information about the extent of the imbalance (required mass of a balancing or additional weight) and about the position of the nonsymmetry such that it immediately becomes obvious which container WT has to be loaded with additional weight or unloaded.

Das Tomographie-Gerät (1), insbesondere Röntgen-Computertomographie-Gerät Gerät, weist eine Ausgleichseinrichtung (23; 45) auf zur Verminderung einer Unwucht (61), die bei dem um eine Rotationsachse (4) rotierbaren Messsystem (2) festgestellt wurde. Die Ausgleichseinrichtung (23; 45) umfasst an dem Messsystem (2) angebrachte Mittel zur variablen Positionierung einer Ausgleichsmasse und eine auf diese Mittel wirkende Steuerungseinrichtung (25), die derart ausgebildet sind, dass die Ausgleichsmasse von der Steuerungseinrichtung (25) gesteuert an einer zur Verminderung der Unwucht (61) geeigneten Stelle positionierbar ist. Die Ausgleichsmasse kann als in einem flüssigkeitsdichten Kanal positionierbare Flüssigkeit (F) realisiert sein. Es ist auch ein Auswuchtverfahren beschrieben, bei dem Masse (m) einer die Unwucht (61)) ausgleichenden Flüssigkeitsmenge ermittelt wird und dann in den Ringkanal (31; 71; 81, 83, 85) eine magneto- und/oder eine elektro-rheologische Flüssigkeit (F) in einer Menge eingebracht wird, so dass für den nachfolgenden Betrieb eine von der ermittelten Masse (m) abhängige Menge an Flüssigkeit (F) im Ringkanal (31; 71; 81, 83, 85) vorhanden ist.
Abstract:
The teachings of this invention are based on the use of low-density granular fill with a specific gravity less than 1.5, placed in hollow cavities built into turbomachinery blades, vanes, and shafts. The granular fill provides effective damping at lower frequencies than conventional passive damping treatment due to its low bulk compressional sound speed. Selected materials used for the granular fill treatment are chosen for specific turbomachinery needs, including temperature of operation. Rotation speed is also a factor because it induces on the granular material an apparent hydrostatic pressure associated with the centripetal acceleration, and sound speed in granular materials is a function of pressure raised to the power 1/n. Preferred designs for placement of low-density granular material in appendages and shafts are found using an iterative design tool based on the Direct Global Stiffness Matrix method.
