The apparatus comprises a mixing chamber (2) formed in a chassis (8) outfitted with separate inlet channels for conveying pressurized liquid phase and gaseous phase and an outlet channel (19) linking the mixing chamber with a spray nozzle via a flow tube (20). Moreover, a separate cylindrical packing chamber (1) is formed in the chassis (8), within which packing chamber a rotor (3) with vanes (5) is set, the vanes of which rotor intermittently close the inlet channels of the two phases formed in separate sectors of said packing chamber (1) as demarcated by the rotor vanes (5), wherein the gaseous phase inlet channel (11) is closed alternately with at least one liquid phase inlet channel (12) conveying liquid phase into the mixing chamber (2) via open inter- vane channels, wherein also the sector of the packing chamber (1) containing the gaseous phase inlet channel (11) is separated from the mixing chamber (2) by a continuous section of a partition (7) that closes off the rotor's (3) inter-vane channels within this sector. The portable atomizer of liquids is equipped with a liquid phase vessel (22), a source of pressurised gaseous phase, and an apparatus for regulating two-phase flow. The apparatus has a mixing chamber (2) formed in a chassis (8) having separate inlet channels for conveying pressurized liquid phase and gaseous phase and an outlet channel (19) linking the mixing chamber (2) with a spray nozzle via a flow tube (20), wherein the gaseous phase inlet channel (11) is connected with the source of gaseous phase via a gas tube (9), while in the chassis (8) a separate cylindrical packing chamber (1) is formed, within which a rotor (3) with vanes (5) is set. The vanes (5) intermittently close the inlet channels of the two phases formed in separate sectors of said packing chamber (1) as demarcated by the rotor vanes (5), wherein the gaseous phase inlet channel (11) is closed alternately with at least one liquid phase inlet channel (12) conveying liquid phase into the mixing chamber (2) via open inter- vane channels, wherein also the sector of the packing chamber (1) containing the gaseous phase inlet channel (11) is separated from the mixing chamber (2) by a continuous section of a partition (7) that closes off the rotor's (3) inter-vane channels within this sector. Furthermore, the chassis (8) is situated inside the liquid phase vessel (22) and the gas tube (9) situated in the liquid phase vessel has a number of small orifices (10) in its wall.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a spray- drying device for spray- drying a product. The spray-drying device comprises an internal duct (30, 41, 113) running through a housing (45, 46, 103, 129) which is provided with an inlet opening and an outlet opening in the form of an orifice (43, 104). The orifice and the inlet are connected to the internal duct. In the internal duct, a chamber is formed in which a turbulator is accommodated. According to the invention, the spray- drying device has a controllable valve body. The invention also relates to a system for spray- drying. A supply of the product to be spray- dried is connected, via a line, to an injection pipe to which a spray- drying device according to the invention is connected. The spray- drying device and the injection pipe end are situated in a spray- drying tower.

A dispenser (20) for fluids (19), preferably for fluids capable of releasing gas in solution at atmospheric pressure. The dispenser typically includes a container comprised of a housing (10) for a collapsible bag (18) containing the fluid (19) and wherein the application of manual force to the container (10, 60, 18) effects reducing of the volume of the container by an amount substantially the same as the volume of fluid dispensed. Release of the manual force after dispensing an amount of fluid results in the volume of the housing and the bag being restrained (14,15,14', 15') at a volume reduced by the volume of the amount of fluid dispensed.

La válvula se caracteriza porque el vastago hueco es portador en su extremo interno de un bloque de cierre hueco, con capacidad de deslizamiento sobre el extremo rebajado del vastago y por el interior de la cámara de liquido del cuerpo de sujeción, actuando como émbolo móvil sobre el que actúa un primer resorte montado sobre el vastago hueco, que tiende a producir el cierre del bloque móvil sobre un escalón de la cámara de liquido, y un segundo resorte que actúa sobre el extremo del vastago hueco en sentido contrario al primer resorte hasta que, en ausencia de acción manual de apertura, el bloque de cierre desplazable hace tope de cierre contra el escalón interno de la cámara del cuerpo de sujeción manual.

A sprayhead (2) especially suited for coupling to an extension hose for use in a pull- out kitchen faucet, the sprayhead (2) including a selector subassembly (60) for choosing between both spray and aerate modes, and a volume control (70) built in to the sprayhead (2). The selector subassembly (60) is engaged to a detent finger-button (120) mounted on the housing (20) that selectively diverts water flowing through an aerated flow path to an alternate spray flow path, thereby allowing manual selection between spray mode and aerate mode. The volume control (70) includes a slide switch (52) on the housing (20) and coupled to a rotary valve assembly (72, 74, 77, 78, 100) for allowing the user to adjust the flow volume when in spray mode without affecting water volume in the aerate mode. When in aerate mode water is expelled from the sprayhead (2) through an aerator output (70), and when in spray mode water is expelled through a series of nozzles (42) oriented radially around the aerator output (70).
