    摘要: A method for molding parts in a thermoplastic molding system (10) comprised of a thermoplastic material delivery station (12), and two or more clam shell molds (14) mounted on a rotating frame (16), each clam shell mold (14) comprised of a mounted die half (18) and a hinged die half (20) connected by a hinge (22) directly or indirectly to the mounted die half (18), said die halves (18, 20) in a closed position forming a mold cavity, the method comprising the steps of (a) rotating frame (16) to move the die halves (18, 20) in an open position past a thermoplastic material deliver station (12); (b) delivering thermoplastic material to at least one die half (18, 20) of a clam shell mold (14) at the thermoplastic material delivery station (12); (c) closing the die halves (18, 20) as the claim shell mold (14) rotates past the thermoplastic material delivery station (12) by rotating the hinged die half (20) on its hinge (22) onto to the mounted die half (18) to form a mold cavity; (d) cooling the clam shell mold (14) as it continues to rotate on the rotating frame (16); and (e) opening the clam shell mold (14) by rotating the hinged die half (20) on its hinge (22) and removing a part formed in the mold cavity.

    摘要: The invention relates to small pieces of carpet which are introduced into a first impeller type mixer together with an aqueous solution containing a separating salt in order to obtain a first suspension which is guided to a first mechanical separating step. A high-solid phase is extracted therefrom, as is a second high-solid phase which contains a polymer fibre material, and a liquid phase. The second high-solid phase is mixed with a separating solution containing water in an impeller type mixer and a second suspension is produced which is guided to a second mechanical separating step. A third high-solid phase is extracted therefrom, along with a phase rich in polymer fibre material and a liquid phase. An acid is introduced into the impeller-type mixer along with the separating solution containing water, said acid being stronger than H2 CO3, and the pH value of the liquid phase in the impeller type mixer is adjusted to 2-6.

    摘要: A can, especially an aerosol can, is produced in two consecutive partial processes from a flat material having at least one metal layer, which is preferably coated with a plastic material, especially PET, on at least one side. Stackable cups (3), which are used as intermediate products, are produced with a first facility (1) in a partial process. The cups are stored in a stacked manner to save space and are then transported to a second facility (2). The surface area of the stackable cups has notches facing the axis and are shaped in such a way that the cross section of the cup diminishes from the first front face to the second front face, whereby the peripheral proportion of the notches increases from the first front face to the second front face. The second partial process is carried out in a second facility, whereby the cups (3) are separated from the stack and fed to a shaping device (15). The cups (3) are given the shape of cylindrical can bodies (6) in the shaping device (15). After stretching, the cylindrical can bodies (6) are preferably stretched to a desired length. In the case of aerosol cans, the open end of the can is deformed for receiving a valve.
